Ordered delivery. Three subs and a lemonade. Door washer was great but no lemonade. Tried to call 3 times. I get it that they’re likely busy, but after 3 minutes each call it automatically hung up on me.

Used the app for delivery and this is the location I was paired with. My Dasher was great, but the order is clearly incorrect. I ordered a 12” and received a 6”, and when I tried to call to see if they would correct, the number leads to a fax machine. I had to choose delivery because I can’t leave, so I can’t walk in and ask for a correction. What’s worse? Today is my birthday and this was supposed to be my “treat yourself” lunch. Guess not so much. I would advise this location to have their phone fixed ASAP.

This is pretty much the only time I’ve ever been to a subway and was greeted with kindness when i entered and very professional attitude. While checking out the girl was very friendly, very nice. Even thanked me and told me to have a blessed day when I left. I wish I would have got her name.

The lady working lunch time is just amazing! She’s sweet fast makes a bomb sandwich always smiling an just makes you feel so welcome. I’ve only been to this one twice now but I’ll never go to another one as long as she’s there ❤️

Ordered via app and went to pick up my food half an hour after opening. I got there and was told told to cancel the order on my end because they didn’t have any bread at all. Unfortunately, I can’t cancel via app. Was offered flatbread instead, but I’m not a fan. The last and only option was to come back in half an hour when bread would be ready. So I drive away empty handed and come back half hour later for my food. The manager has it ready on the counter for me. Didn’t even offer a drink, cookie, nor anything for the time and gas wasted. I get home starving as it was later than I was hoping to eat, and the sub is skimpy on meat and veggies. Guess she’s trying to keep food costs down to get that bonus. Go to a different location or chain and save yourself the hassle.

If I could give zero and leave a review I would. 9-20-24, Not only did it take 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made because the employee was too busy talking to another couple who was eating in the store, we had the 2/12.99 coupon. We were charged full price. When I tried to call about it the number is a fax machine line. I’m surprised the order is even right. Almost 30 dollars for crappy service. Gee thanks!!

I am so upset I’m going to suggest the person who made my meal tonight 8/28/24 854pm should be fired! My sandwich was not correct , my bread was supper soggy as well. It was over the worst presentation of food. I will be expressing for the owner to fire whoever was on this shift because this is the third time. Love the blonde girl who works there, she’s super sweet and always quick but kind and personable.
If you see the shorter brown haired dude in there, (I CANNOT stress this enough), turn heel and run. He gets distracted (by his own fault) sets himself up for failure and repeatedly asking you questions by trying (and obviously failing) to multitask. And he somehow ruined a meatball marinara. I say somehow but it probably had to do with the fact that he was trying to do three orders at once and flirting with ladies while doing a bang-awful job. Great place but that guy won’t see me coming back (ew I sound like a boomer)
