I came in and ordered my usual sandwich with extra onion (something I’ve always requested and never had an issue with). The person who seemed to be the manager, wearing a green shirt, was extremely rude about it. He said, “I can’t have that much onion, I have to save some for other customers!”—in a very disrespectful tone.
I understand limits might need to be set, but the way it was said felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and don’t appreciate being spoken to like that over something as simple as onions.
Just wanted to share this experience. I hope it’s addressed.
Also it wasn’t an excessive amount of onion. In the end I had the regular amount of 2 portions. The man in the green shirt was extremely rude so rude he walked away.
We were walking out when a man came rushing up from the parking lot. (Not sure if he’d come from a car or not.). He rushed past us as the other customer asked him if he worked there. He said yes. He was very rushed and brusque while making our sandwiches. It was WEIRD!
This location used to be great – and although I’ve had experiences there in the last couple of months that weren’t this bad it’s not like it used to be. It also doesn’t look tidy and clean like it was in the past. I won’t be back.
Went in got a meatball sub with shredded mozzarella and the worker barely puts anything on it. When I asked if she could put a little more she said she would charge me even though she put a pinch on. Then I get home and the first thing I see on my sandwich is a hair. Called back said the manager isn’t there. Said they were at second street. I called second street and the guy was very rude after I asked for a manager said “he um I mean she isn’t here” I said when is he she gonna be back. He then asked me why I was calling and what I wanted. I repeated I wanted to talk to the manager and wanted to know when there would be one available and he says “ ummmmm well probably maybe tomorrow” at which point I decided to abruptly end the conversation because I realized I had been had and there was no chance of speaking to this he she manager. Absolutely disgusting. Horrible customer service. If I could rate negative I would. Enjoy this photo of the hair I found. Yummmmm.
I will not be eating subway any longer. There are several sandwich shops that are reasonably priced.
I saw the sandwich artist put items on a sandwich that the customer said he didn’t want , they took off the items and put it back in the storage containers after being on the sandwich.
My bread was stale.
The store was dirty and men’s restroom was out of paper towels.
