It’s by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to I came in here the other day and waited for about 15 minutes to get a sandwich and they kept saying the lady be right back she never came to help me come here today 20 minutes before they close and it’s you know probably got here a little quicker but she told me the subway was shut down. Would not recommend

Very nice and friendly ladies that helped us! They accepted our coupons and had Buffalo sauce for my wife’s favorite Buffalo chicken sub, unlike the subway around the corner we left very disappointed. They venue was very clean as well.

I stopped at this location to pick up an order for someone. When I first walked in I went to the restroom and the door was locked. The lady at the counter said something in a foreign language. Another girl walks over with a key. I think they are going to unlock it for me. Then a 3rd girl walks over with cleaning supplies. She goes into the mens room and the one with the key goes into the ladys room and shuts the door in my face. Didnt say one word to me.
I go to the subway counter to pick up the order. Its sitting on the counter where you would typically pay. Anyone could have walked off with this persons order. All the staff were on the other side of the store running the gas station food area. No one came to help or offer assistance. The drink and the chips were not with the order. Finally some lady says the chips are rt there (on a shelf) uh we need the drink. Oh she says. She gives us the cup and I go to fill it and the cola is coming out as water. So she sends some guy to fix it. 10 min later no one has said if its ready to use or not. This place needs new employees. These people have zero customer service and zero manners.

WENT ON LINE AND ORDERED 2 FOOTLONGS, THEY WERE DIFFERENT, AND BOTH WAS MADE THE SAME, WHEN WE WENT TO PICK THEM UP THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS TALKING, DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO OUR ORDER, WHEN WE GOT BACK TO THE OFFICE WE CHECKED OUR SANDWICHES THEY WERE ALL WRONG WE WENT BACK THE MANAGER LUCINDA WAS VERY RUDE, SHE REMADE THE SANDWICHES AND SHE WAS ANGRY THAT WE BRUNG THEM BACK AND SHE MADE THEM AGAIN HER SELF , MY SANDWICH DID NOT HAVE EXTRA MAYO,AND ONLY HAM NOT THE ALL AMERICAN CLUB, SHES NOT A PEOPLE PERSON, SHE NEEDS TO BE LET GO, EVERY TIME WE GO THERE SHE BE RUDE TO US, I GUESS ITS TIME WE GO A DIFFERENT DIRECTION. I asked them in the request section to “NOT” cut my ordered wrap in half, and they cut it in half. I asked them to make the added bacon very crispy and they did not. I am disappointed that they ignored both requests!
What burns me is i paid 9 dollars and change and they couldn’t get it right! Poor customer service = lost business. They need to follow the customer’s requests and not ignore them if they want repeat customers!

I go to this place because it’s right by my job. I either get something from subway or I’ll get a Monster coffee in the am with some potato wedges from the hot case. Staff is nice. A lot of homeless in the area, but other than that it’s cool.
