I ordered a B.M.T sandwich which comes with “Spicy Pepperoni, Genoa salami, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & mayo served on our freshly baked Artisan Italian bread” and in the photo you can clearly see there are only two meats and not three. I called to get a simple re-make and was told that they do this often and don’t make these mistakes. Calling me a liar when I have physical proof. I would have appreciated them checking the cameras given the doubt but to just outright decline a remake because of their perfection is next level. Definitely avoid this location, typically o have had no issue here but this single interaction has me at a loss for words.

I come here from time to time. Never a bad experience. Food always taste fresh. They are not bashful on giving the toppings away. Seems to be clean and the manager does a great job. Will be back when in need of a sub!

We received these coupons in the mail and attempted to use one on Friday. The young lady said they could not accept the coupon due to the economy. I do understand however, a sign should be posted to alert patrons of the new rule, these coupons don’t expire until November.

I don’t ever write reviews but this has now happened twice, i have ordered on the app a breakfast sandwich and i specify to toast it and warm up the bacon and egg, and both times the whole sandwich is cold, nothing is warmed up. It’s pretty common sense that nobody wants a cold breakfast sandwich in my opinion.

I ordered a #31 (steak). The guy made a mistake and put barbecue sauce on it. I told him not to worry about it. Got it home and it wasn’t even beef. It was chicken. The guy needs to wake up or quit working.

The worst subway I’ve ever been to the kids working there were wiping their nose, making a sandwich order Subway at least once a week the worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten had another kid come out and make it, and he was hitting a vape behind the counter. These kids are a different generation, but this is trash. Do not go to this place.
