Tried to go through the drive through. Worker asked me if I had a mobile order, I said no. Even though she could obviously talk to me through the window she said you have to come inside because the speaker is broken. Whatever, I still want a sandwich. I go inside and both of the ladies working seem very dissatisfied that I dared come bother them for a sub at their job. I have bad days too, but I just wanted a sandwich not an attitude. Sandwich was good but I won’t be going to this location again.

Love this subway downnnn!!!!!! My favorite subway in town food is always fresh and delicious the crew and GM are very nice and welcoming the store is always clean! Thank you for the great experience!

This subway on 12th is better than the one on Lindsey St – the Lindsey location had a problem with the fountain drinks or something was wrong there as I got sick after eating there. So we only go to the one on 12th which has been consistently good. The staff are nice, the sandwiches are good, and the meal of the day is a good deal. We have gone there so much, one of the employees remembers what we order.

7 People in line, then we came in to pick up a mobile order that should have already been done. You got 1 employee standing around on her phone, another one chatting with a girlfriend at the counter and 1 making sandwiches. Do better. Took 30 mins to pick up our mobile order of 2 sandwiches. Store was filthy. This was the absolute worst service I have ever had at a subway. Will NEVER be back.

Oftentimes fast food service workers go uncredited for the level of stress they endure. Anyone who’s worked in the industry knows that any one thing can cause a chain reaction & slow the entire line down, or when you get 3,4,5, 6+ online orders all in the same amount of time, etc.
Regardless though, this Subway has it on point! I’ve never had a bad experience here, and the staff is *always* upbeat even when they’re slammed. I’ve worked at Subway in the past, and I can ensure everyone that this is the best location around Norman!

We come here often and normaly get great service. However, tonight was very rough and uncomfortable. The (possibly new?) clerk was repeatedly berating his fellow employee making fat jokes and racist jokes while neglecting our order. We got two sandwiches, and it took us 20+ minutes just to get them due to him making fun of his fellow employee, playing with the food, and complaining about veggie toppings making it harder to wrap (Understandable but don’t make the customer feel bad for ordering vegetables). We had to repeat our order multiple times because he was more interested in pestering his coworker rather than helping us. Even when we were at the check out, he didn’t know what food he just made and proceeded to put the order in wrong after we had just reminded him what we got. He continued to make rude remarks and statements the entire time and made us wait to pay. This was a terrible experience, and we will probably not set foot through the door again if we see he is there. We were very uncomfortable the moment he started assisting us up to the moment we left. I do not appreciate being complained to and made fun of for having veggies put in my sandwich.

What a great experience! The manager works so well with her staff! What a great team my daughter and I went for lunch and the manager was working with a new hire and I noticed the way she handled her staff very professional and so easy to with with was explaining procedures in a direct courteous manor and was so patient and respectful to me l my daughter and I and the food product and set up was clean and fresh we really enjoyed the options we where given and the efficiency of the whole order
We will definitely return the studier atmosphere was so comfortable and inviting!!

Norman beware says close at 10 come in at 915 sit down to eat then they want to say at 930 they close the lobby at 940 absolutely horrible ethics and what a horrible place this gentleman with no name tag or anything is the one saying this absolutely horrible
