We get there they ask us to pull up the window to order, this super sweet guy greets us takes our order says he will make our sandwiches and then ring us up. This rude older lady comes and starts being condescending and having an attitude asking us questions about our order because she “couldn’t read his hand writing” while being rude to him raising her voice saying she can’t read this and just being plain disrespectful to her coworker in front of us, also having an attitude towards us as well. My friend who was driving told her she didn’t have to be disrespectful to people and be rude to him and that she could even read his hand writing perfectly even upside down. The lady then starts saying she isn’t being rude and my friend said yes you are and you don’t need to be that way. The lady then changed her whole attitude and acted like she did nothing wrong and started being nice. How she should have acted in the first place, that lady is apparently miserable and she shouldn’t work with customers or other people if she can’t get her attitude in check that was ridiculous that a customer had to step in and tell her to quit being disrespectful for her attitude to change! Our food was great tho the guy she was being rude to did really good on our subs.

8/21/25 2pm. the girl working didnt seem happy at all. i get it that youre working for peanuts but a smile and attitude go a long way when youre serving someone and taking their money, especially when the POS software asks for a tip. the worst part about it was this is one of the last stores that refuses to sell/heat wraps. theyll only heat the meats. not even cheese. theyre SO much better when the wrap, meat and cheese is heated together. store was clean and nice.

Have lived in the area but haven’t been to this location in a long long time, best Subway I’ve had in forever! The two ladies running the shop were super kind, the sandwich was the best I’ve had from a Subway since I can remember (it had been over a year since I’d been to a Subway from how poor my last experience was), and the process was quick and painless. Would recommend if you get a random Subway craving to go here for guaranteed food service and quality.

This Subway is amazing, the girl that works the day shift has been working there for years, she knows my order as soon as I walk on, she has my sandwich started. The rest of the staff is great also, I love that it’s not a different person everytime like other local Subway locations. The atmosphere is welcoming. I would recommend everyone to try this location.

Well it’s really ashame because I like subway, well I won’t be returning for a while if ever. I ordered online, went to the location, only to find out they never recieved my order. We asked for a refund and were denied. After some little bit of a fustrated but civil discussion, and repeatedly being told the store couldn’t help us and to call customer service. The supposed “manager” didn’t identify herself as the manager, until later. Not being able to find a number for customer service. The “manager” called to ask some questions, finding out that the system rejected the order. Funny because she told us she didn’t have a number to call, and let us look for 10 minutes. At least she could have come out and told us, as we were still in the parking lot. Now I have questions about whether this was actually the case, and I guess we have to wait to find out if we ever do. When I asked her name, because her name tag that she was wearing was unreadable, she gave me the first and last name of a fictional character off of 13 reasons why. I have never known an employee to offer a last name for safety reasons, so I suspect this was not her real name. Now having been in customer service for a while, I guess I would say that the simple solution to this would have been just to take the $8 loss on the sandwiches and make them to keep the customer happy. Especially since the problem was supposedly on the stores side and not the customer side, based off her supposed call to corporate. However, if they choose to say there is nothing we can do which is there option. They can choose to never have me as a customer again. Left with a bad taste in my mouth, and obviously not from the food. My opinion is that I was lied to, and they just kept lying to cover up the problem. If the money that is now being held hostage moves from pending to an actual charge, I will be notifying my bank of fraud on the stores part.

So I’m back. Ordered footlong nachos got nachos in a bowl. Cold with cold cheese, in other words, not melted. And we got the attitude also.

Check your order. I pickup my sandwich and returned to work and surprised to find a sandwich I did not order. Plus had cheese and mustard which I can not have. So not checking the ordered, I will have no lunch.
