Clean restaurant! Efficient service! And traditional subway taste. I ordered a catering order from this location. Online platform was bugging so I called the location and there was a very helpful young international man. He was ready when I came to pick it up later that day. No problems great service

I’ve gone to this subway a few times now. Once subway jacked up their prices and got rid of the $5 foot long i stoped going. I found some codes online for reasonably priced subs and I’ve been coming back since. The service here is great. If you mess up your online order they are happy to fix it in person for you, and are always friendly. My order has always been correct and fresh. The only complaint is that the break is like trying to eat cardboard if you toast it, at any subway that I’ve been to lately, so I’m not toasting anymore.

I would have rather had the kid wait on us than the other guy. He was on his phone the entire time he was making our sandwiches. So no conversation, did not make you feel welcomed.

Came a full 2 and a half hours before close, but they were still out of or almost out of multiple things. My marinara meatball sub was somehow incredibly dry. They tried charging me for extra turkey, and when I called them on it, the employee just mumbled something before removing the charge. Finally, the employees were rude and acted like I was a jerk for coming 2 and a half hours before they close.

I came in this evening to inquire about a coupon that wasn’t working on the app. The business owner was working behind the register. I asked her if I was doing something wrong because the app wouldn’t accept my order. She said I was doing everything right but could not honor the coupon because of a “glitch” on the app. I asked if she could just ring it up to honor the coupon and she said no. This is terrible business practice. From one business owner to another, you will continue to get unsatisfied customers running your business this way.

My sandwich was pretty bad. The meatballs tasted old and flavorless. When I arrived to pick up my online order, I told the woman working there i would like to buy a drink. She initially took a defensive tone with me, saying I had forgotten to put it on my order. I clarified that I was asking to purchase a drink. She sold me an empty cup. I tried to get ice, but no ice came out. I asked her, “do you have ice?” She at first looked at me confused, and said, “no, we don’t have ice.” Holding a now-semi-useless $3 empty cup, I asked, “were you going to tell me that before I bought a drink?” She seemed to search for a way to deflect responsibility on that, and then simply said, “you can have a bottled drink.” Fabulous esperience.

I ordered the Turkey Titan sandwich which is supposed to have extra meat and there was barely even in my sandwich, didn’t even look like a regular sewing let alone extra as stated on the description. And don’t even get me started on the bread, it was so stale it kept falling apart every time I took a bite and had to really bite down hard to even get it to cut. Ended up throwing the sandwich away. I called the phone number for the location to speak to someone but they never answered. I tried going online to write a complaint ant the website took me to a page that said I had a phone virus. Subway get your employees and website together.

I stopped this Subway today, coupon in hand, with a simple request: a Footlong Meatball Sub—no veggies, no cheese, no bread, and not toasted. Just meatballs in a bowl.

What happened next was… something else.

The young man behind the counter told me he couldn’t honor my request because my coupon was for a Footlong Sub, and what I was asking for (in his eyes) was a “Protein Bowl,” which costs more. A lady working alongside him said something to him in another language, then scooped the meatballs into a bowl—so far, so good.

But instead of using a proper bowl with a lid (you know, the kind made for hot food), he stubbornly put the meatballs and marinara into two flimsy plastic water cups. The woman placed them in a paper bag, handed them to me, and off I went.

By the time I got home, the heat had warped one of the cups, marinara had leaked everywhere, and my car interior took the brunt of the mess. All this over a technicality.

So instead of honoring the spirit of the coupon, he chose to make a point—costing me $9.51, a ruined meal, and a mess in my car. Mission not accomplished.

I go to this subway sometimes I prefer the one off Kelly Ave the people who work here always have attitude and treat you like your anoying them they rush thru making your sandwitch today I got two all American clubs for meal of the day and they put one peice of turkey and two peices if ham and one peice of bacon on one then the other 6” wasn’t any better it doesn’t feel good to pay 15$ for two meals and treated like your anoying on top of sloppily making your food and shorting what you are paying for I would recomend instead of going here to go to the one on Kelly Ave .

I ordered a sandwich 35 minutes before close on the application, my credit card was charged , and I went to immediately pick up the sandwich. I get to the store the man acts like he never got my order I check the app and it says VOIDED meaning he cancelled my order because he didn’t want to make it 35 minutes before close. My money has yet to be refunded and they refuse to answer their phones to address my issue. THEYRE THIEVES DONT ORDER HERE GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE OTHER SUBWAY WHERE THEY MAKE YOUR FOOD IF YOU PAY FOR IT.
