The owner seems to take advantage of staff by not properly staffing. We ordered online the other day, went in 20 minutes later and the order had not even been started. Only one person was working the lunch rush and said the owner had left to run errands. She had a line of people and several online orders. She was very sweet, kept her cool and just worked through by herself. Give her a raise and hire help.

The older tall lady hates her job and it shows with her rude behavior and huffing and puffing.She wouldnt let us substitute lettuce for spinach? Hateful attitude. The shorter dark haired lady absolutely pleasant ,god bless you working alongside that sourpuss.

The best thing about Subway sandwiches is the sauce. Every time I order a sandwich with extra honey mustard I get absolutely none or maybe a teaspoon full at most! I get a dry sandwich with bread and meat and cheese. This only happens in Blanchard. Any other Subway I’ve gone to has been wonderful.

It was an amazing experience for a subway the employees were the kindest Tori was so kind and sorry i forgot the other workers name she gave me a compliment and made me smile this subway made my day 1000 times better good food and it was a beautiful building 10/10 best subway ever

This Subway is DIRTY. Bathroom dirty, tables dirty, floor dirty. Also the wood behind the sign rotted and they but a metal sheet and it is crooked. The food was good. The employees were on a smoke break like every time I come here there smoking like why. At least it is nearby.

I will not go and spend my money at a store that does not accept the coupons except for on certain things when the coupon simply States the only thing that it does not cover so Blanchard Subway just lost a customer they weren’t that good anyway. I just wanted to come back on hearing add anybody reading this go to Newcastle Subway I’m giving them a big shout out they take the coupons it does not matter what sandwich you buy and the food is a lot better over there.

The owner must have quit accepting the coupons on the app. We used to eat here 2 or 3 times a week but 34$ for 3 turkey sandwiches is crazy. 17.99 for 3 was reasonable. Do better and allow coupons like all the other subways.

Walked in and noticed there was only one bag to an order which usually has 2 or 3 bags, so I asked, “There was supposed to be 2 cookies with this.” and the bearded worker responded “Maybe check next time before you assume we didn’t get your order right because they’re in the bag.” Granted, I should’ve checked beforehand and I apologized but I don’t feel like the snarky comment was needed. I’ve also encountered this worker multiple times in the past and usually received unpleasant experiences due to small inconveniences. Overall the food is fine, the workers just aren’t very friendly.
