No one working subway ladie at the register looked at me twice didn’t say a word if anyone was coming or not to assist me, could have at least said something to me but just stared at me so I ended up paying for my drink and left.
Only time I have had a issue here might be that there short staffed but letting someone just stand there for a while and not say anything just made my blood boil, other then that staff is always pleasant and happy to see the customer but this new person there clearly looks at it as a job and doesn’t care
Will update on my next visit and give better stars if the experience improves

The lady who made our sandwiches last time I went kept touching her hair with gloves in and didn’t change her gloves. She also used the same gloves for both sandwiches. It was gross.

I drive a truck and eat at subway all over the country and the subway in alex ok is the worst one I personally have ever experienced they will short you on the meat on the sandwich almost everytime

Can get busy like anywhere but usually not a long wait. From what I gather it’s separate from the store so not all the cashiers work it but I’ve had zero issues.
