I Told them that my wife had received a message saying the order had been picked up 10 minutes after she ordered it and I told them that was impossible. The girl behind the counter told me that this was normal and it automatically says that after a certain time, which I thought was weird.
When I showed them the order information on my phone from the account, they immediately started back tracking saying “Oh, we did have an order for so and so.” Then the other worker says “Yea, the strange thing is that there was someone that came in and said the name.”
I’m thinking, ok accidents happen, believing they were just going to remake my sandwiches, but no. The girl says that they needed authorization from the manager to remake the food. They said they wouldn’t be back for a week!
Our food was stolen, and I’m pretty sure there was no mystery man or women that came in and took it. They didn’t even specify if it was a man or a woman to begin with.
I’ll be calling corporate and district manager to settle this fiasco.
At the end she let me know that there was a tip or you don’t have to button. I told her that I usually tip at subway but with how she acted I wasn’t going to. She replied cool it’s whatever
Update: Management and staff are different, Staff is much nicer and more professional, store appeared to be cleaner and the sandwiches were near perfect. Bravo Subway for making a change to the Hwy 64 location. We’ll definitely be coming back!
When I walked in the lady behind the counter told me I could leave. I thought she was joking, and asked her if I could order. She told me that I could leave again and said she was stressed out and needed to count her money.
I left but was extremely upset.
You do not count your drawer 30 minutes before closing. You do not talk to anyone that way EVER! If she is stressed out then don’t be working at Subway.
I read the reviews from a previous Customer and he also exp
I came down from Missouri and this was the first place I decided to stop..
I hope that Van Buren isn’t this hateful!!
People like this girl don’t know what it is like to need a job obviously..
This post has nothing to do with subway or the food, but attitudes like this makes you wonder about the prep of the food behind the scenes..
I had to give the service a 1 to be able to post or I might have given a 0..
I tried to get the girls name and the other (girl sitting at their break table) ask me why (sarcastically) because she knew I wasn’t pleased..
It was the boy who got up and went back to work that told me sky’s name..
I normally go on and let things be, but I can’t accept this kind!!!
