Last night, November 6th at 6:15 p.m., my husband and I picked up four sandwiches that we ordered through the app, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a Subway.

First, none of the sandwiches were labeled, so we had to open each one to figure out which belonged to whom. Secondly, both my husband and my dad ordered steak and cheese sandwiches, but each had only about three small pieces of meat. In addition, the cheese on mine and my mom’s sandwiches was not melted, and there were barely any vegetables or sauce — it was mostly just bread.

When I spend around $30 on sandwiches, I expect them to be made properly. I understand everyone can have an off day, but I’ve heard several similar complaints about this specific location and its staff. I don’t know who made our sandwiches, but when we picked them up, there was a man with brown hair behind the counter.

This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this Subway location.

Ordered online, our food was ready to go when we arrived. It was assembled well (not like some of those sloppy Subways), and was tasty. The restaurant was clean, freshly mopped floors. The guy at the counter was friendly and quick to get our order.

I pulled up to Subway tonight to order 2 footlongs. As soon as the window opened the employee looked at me and said “Yeah?” Not a “Hey welcome to Subway can I take your order?” As I told him my order he sighed and mumbled inder his breath and obviously seemed frustrated. After waiting for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru (I was the only car in the drive thru), I got home and the sandwiches barely had any meat or vegetables on it. I will not be returning to this Subway ever again.

The absolute WORST Subway!! The two ladies working were so rude and one kept saying “Is that all?” Is that all? And I asked for extra black olives and onions and then she put 3 olives on my sandwich and 0 onions. Then when I took the sandwich back inside to get it fixed like no biggie. The woman told me that 3 black olives is the standard. And the other lady yells “Yep, it sure is!!!! “Like people just can’t fix a mistake and go on. They have to be extremely rude in front of other customers and all. You treat your customers with kindness when you mess up..

REALLY Subway DO better!!!!! I didn’t order the Flatbread which I don’t think y’all have anymore. I had to roll it myself. 10 dollars for a wrap. Everytime, well I can’t say eveytime but most of the time I get a rude lady who seems to be training someone which is why my sandwich wasn’t made correctly I go through the drive through for the convenience since I’m heading into work. The customer service industry is going down hill.

The young guy was not so friendly he made my sandwich and got to the veggies I asked for extra olives on sandwiche he said they have a limit on how much veggies they could put on each .Was kinda rude about it when I asked when did they start counting how much veggies u could get .he said it’s new I can’t believe it .

The guy who works here always messes up the order. I asked for extra meat and got less than normal. The sandwiches are barely toasted that they get soggy and there weren’t enough veggies added. The honey mustard also tastes off. Please retrain. For the cost, this is so bad.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location and both times I’ve had horrible experiences. This first time I made a mobile order ahead of time and I still waited an hour to get my food and wasted my whole lunch break waiting on my 6 inch sandwich. I came again today just out of convenience of my location and they made my sandwich incorrectly. The other girls I made mobile orders with got their sandwiches made correctly but mine was the only one missing things. My sandwich was missing cheese, onions, and it was not toasted. I definitely will not be going to this location no matter how much of a convenience it will be. It really sucks to be so hungry and get your meal missing the most important/favorite ingredients. DO BETTER !!!
