11-04-23 We eat here at least, once a month. Always had great service and good food. This visit I was a little disappointed. We always get extra meat on our subs. Same this time, we were charged for it, but didn’t get it. My steak and cheese barely had any meat, to be honest. Hopefully this was a one-time mixup. Pictures provided.

Stopped in on Saturday June 28. Girl “sandwich maker “ never greeted me or asked what would I like to order. So, I said hello and gave her my order. Then she said I would have to talk louder than that! So I did. Rang up my order then no thank you or anything else. Never smiled. Will not be back. If she can’t treat people well she should find another job.

Me, my dad, and brother come here often, and it’s nice! I get the Mexicali with Mayo instead of… I forgot what the other sauce was called and I add banana peppers. It’s delicious! It’s nice to get one of their sandwiches & chips and go sit at Mansfield City Lake. Very peaceful and makes the whole experience better! Especially when you have nothing else to do that day lol. Always 10/10 food!

Ordered the monster and it was supposed to come with alot of cheese etc..there was barely any cheese on the 2 I bought!! 28$ for 2 people to eat and was totally not worth it in my opinion..now if it had been dressed like it showed on the board then that would have been awesome!! But don’t expect that at the one in Mansfield

We’ve lived in Mansfield for a month now and have gone to this location about 5 times now. While the food is always fresh, it’s been lacking in amount of veggies placed on it. One time we literally got like 6 strands of lettuce on a 6 inch when asked for extra lettuce about 6 more strands were placed on it. Was really starting to get disappointed in this location until tonight. The lady actually listened and put plenty of veggies.. (I don’t expect an abundance of veggies but do expect a legit amount. Especially when asked for more). Thank you to the lady who was working tonight. You made my $10 sandwich worth the $10. And you were extremely pleasant.

My order was not right. And it’s super sad that y’all have ONLY one sweet lady working, AT LUNCH TIME by herself on a Saturday! So many people were wanting , she was trying to do an online order. It was sad.
