The subway on south Arkansas as been my main subway for years I always get a footlong meatball sub. With extra mayonnaise went in today for my usual I guess they got a new manager or she said she was anyways but she wasn’t wearing her name tag I did an online order so I could my second sub for a dollar but anyway I said I needed extra mayonnaise on my sub and she refused to put it on saying she has food cost to think about so I told her I’m not paying for it if I can’t get my sub the way like to eat it plus the meatballs looked like they’ve been reheated a few times she’s the only one that’s ever said that crap and I’m in there once twice a week. Everyone else that works there thru the week are awesome but because of one woman who claimed to be the manager I won’t be back they’re plenty of other subways that believe in customer service I did get my refund while she had to throw away 2 footlong subs how’s your food cost now

Update: this is NOT a $15 sandwich. This is not worth the receipt paper it’s printed on. You RAISED YOUR PRICES $2 in the last 2 months, YET YOUR SANDWICHES ARE EMPTY!! WHERE are you justifying $15 for this????
This store is a joke ran by kids… when I say extra and pay for extra, I would like EXTRA, yet the sandwich filling is smaller in diameter than my WRIST!!! The sandwiches barely have anything in them for $12 each and the ingredients are never right, the chip shelf is totally empty except for jalapeño chips, you can’t use a coupon code without having it cut out and physically with you during your order, and you can’t get a refund for their mistakes without driving all the way back to town to bring the food and original receipt back. If they messed up your food and didn’t give you the receipt, don’t even bother, because they just wasted your money. I love subway’s food, but this location just flat out sucks. You guys really messed up my dinner.

Cold Cut Trio only had ham. The Homerun had very little vegetables. 5 banana peppers for a ft long, 4 cucumbers and 3 tomatoes. It had mayo instead of Sweet Onion Teriyaki. Didn’t eat it. A waste of money. Have tried to use their app for 3 weeks and it won’t take any card. All other places they go through with no problem. Very poorly run business.

When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and hello.
The speed of service was great. There was a big order in front of me and the crew knocked the order out quickly.
They made my order. The portions was great. Aidan the crew member making my order knocked the wrap out of the park.
The food quality was great. The drink station was stocked and ready for service.
On the way out the door they Thanked me and told me to come back soon.
This particular location has came a long way in improvements.
The last 2 times ive been there it has been 5 star ratings.
Will definitely go back and give them a 3rd try.

I went in and there was not a soul in the store. The girl was working on online orders and I gwt it she didn’t want tp.bw behind. But when I asked her how long it would be after standing there ten minutes she rudely told me she was working on other orders. I left and she rudely said have a NICE day.. she had horrible people skills

Food wasn’t bad. Service wasn’t bad. All Subway restaurants look terrible in my opinion.
The reason for the low review is the price.
A 6 inch tuna salad combo was $13.
I can go to many other places and get better food for that price.

To my surprise this Subway location was open till 10pm which meant supper post work was possible at something other than fast fold drive through. Upon entering I was promptly greeted by a smiling, kind young gentleman. Talking to the lonely worker I learned that he was the only employee that night and was doing the late night cleanup. I most say that despite having to take the entire work load tonight the place was spotless and he was absolutely delightful. The sandwich I had made was excellent, hitting all the right notes. What makes this a five star review is not the food alone but the service; This young man was a new employee and had worked tonight by himself, but in the end he did his job effectively, efficiently, and with a smile without any appearance of being besheveled or discontent. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The young gentleman deserved every dollar he earned tonight and management should be proud to have him as an employee.

Horrible customer service! Ordered my subs for delivery through the app as I just moved here and don’t have any mode of transportation. When my subs came, mine had barely any chicken and very light veggies, it was also not cut the way I asked. My fiance’s again had barely any chicken and his sauces were even lighter when we had ordered extra. Bread was stale and hard. We didn’t even get the Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil pouches that we requested. We tried calling FIVE separate times. The phone was picked up and immediately put on hold. When my fiance had enough, he walked to the store only to be met with a rude employee, saying that my fiance was only there for “free food” when we just wanted their mistake corrected. I can only say I miss Arizona Subway locations tremendously for their quick and extremely kind customer service.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but the subway app doesn’t allow you to rate your order so here we are. Ordered delivery. First off I asked for EXTRA tomatoes and I think I got less than normal. And this is a doordash issue but I specifically asked for the person to NOT ring my doorbell or knock on the door and he rings it anyways! Making my dogs freak out and wake up my husband. Very disappointed with the service. The subway off parkway is MUCH better.
