Ok can someone explain to me, how I order 2 foot long BMT combos through the App, and when I get home, the veggies were there, but no meat!! Well there was bacon which I didn’t even ask for, but how can you make the sandwiches and forget the meat?
Not just on one, but both of them, how does even make any sense? The young lady that seemed to in charge was not exactly friendly to top it all off, and this is not even the first time I had the pleasure of dealing with her. Not even sure what to say here, except that if you order from the App, you better check everything before walk out the door.

Everything about this place sucked. By the time we got our food it was cold and we were in store. The lady that made our food was SO SLOW. Like slower than the sloth on the Zootopia movie, I swear. They never greeted, asked what we wanted, etc. Just stared at you. Instead of checking in the back for out of stock items or asking to make it while we wait they’d just say “we are out” and shrug. On top of that she didn’t even know the difference between a flapbread and a wrap. It gets worse. Didn’t even know the difference between BREAD AND PROTEIN when I asked if they had a Multigrain bread option for a footling. It took about an hr to go to a place .2miles away from us, order 2 BASIC sandwiches (two of which were toasted) and leave. Pathetic.

the moment i walked in the lady that served us was not welcoming or nice what so ever, i ordered my food & through out ordering what i wanted no good energy was given & was pretty rude. i just think if you don’t like your job then why work in a position where you have to communicated with customers.

The staff was great, but the air conditioning was not. It was extremely hot. I would rather be outside than in the building subway you need to fix that. I could only imagine for the employees have to work all day in the heat.

Its been awhile since Ive been to subway, and im starting to remember now why. Absolutely terrible. Brittany was extremely slow, and when I tried to chit chat with her and ask her how her day was I was ignored. It took well over 5 minutes to make a sandwich. She put the roast beef on 1 piece at a time and it definitely wasnt enough meat. The other lady was obviously frustrated and having to help her, I could understand if she was new, but her hat had a tag on it that said 10 years service.
The tiles were broken and I tripped over a few. Two of the sodas were out of order and the ice was out as well. 22 dollars for a sandwich, chips, and a soda is ridiculous.

1 star because there isn’t an option for 0. Customer service is nonexistent. The lady that answered the phone today mumbling under her breath about how crazy it was that I was calling in… “simply because my order was wrong” WHAT?! When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. After asking for her name or another associates name so I could let the manager know who was working tomorrow when I call back, she proceeds to hang up on me. I called back and she picked up the phone and immediately hung it back up. Staff, or at least this member of the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Awful experience all in all.

Not sure what the young ladies at the counter want from their customers. They don’t greet, they don’t smile, they don’t speak, they just kinda grunt at you. I used to work at this very location. I would have been fired on the spot for treating a customer like this. Chloe and Sheena were the names. And Chloe seems to think that the 3 inches on each side of a footlong don’t get meat or veggies or condiments. I’m super disappointed guys. Super.
