Just picked up my to-go order. Paid for extra ham and extra provolone cheese. Didn’t even get the amount of meat that should be on a regular sub, half the bites I took didn’t even have ham in them, and got ZERO cheese. Won’t be going here again.

What a wonderful place! I ordered a sweet onion teriyaki wrap and I have to say that this location never ceases to satisfy my cravings! A wonderful atmosphere on top of such kind staff made this a wonderful experience for my wife and I! A special mention to the man who made my order, Tyler! Even buried under a rush of customers and orders, he kept us talking with a smile on his face and kept his cool! I’m definitely going to become a regular, I forgot how much I love Subway!

( 10 out of 10 ) I would recommend. The best time to go is in the evening time and the best thing to get is the tuna with one of the big soft pretzels. I personally have never had an issue with any of the staff or with them trying to shut down early. I would also love to commend one of the employees there whose name is Megan. She has gone above and beyond to always ensure that the food is always fresh and readily available. Now don’t get me wrong. I have seen them dispose of food items like the butter but that’s was because it became cross contaminated. I don’t know about you but I would enjoy NOT having an allergic reaction. It’s kind of bad publicity for Subway and kind of bad for my health. I understand that some of us are more fortunate than others and don’t have to worry about allergies but for those of us who do it’s a lifesaver when others care. I personally will continue to do business with the Subway in Prairie Grove.

We ordered online and left a decent tip. I would have expected to get what we actually ordered. There’s no reason my sweet onion chicken teriyaki should have had roast beef on it instead. Had they been out of chicken? I would’ve appreciated a phone call as I would have ordered something entirely different. Instead this pregnant mama who does not eat roast beef is still hungry.

This subway in little Prairie Grove is a very nice place to get a sub and whatever else you’re craving. The two guys that help me have always been very polite and always make a great sub for me. I love their Big cookie too!

Never ordering from this subway in the evening again. I ordered a foot long meetball sub and it was not made correctly at all. I also ordered a elite chicken bacon ranch and it was not made correctly at all either plus it was squashed and there was no liner between the sandwich and the wrapper. I was there at 8:55 PM on October 22nd.

My husband and I come to this location specifically often! We love just down the street.. we always go on a limb and stop by subway for a quick bite..
the staff in here is always so friendly and inviting! And the food is always so fresh! Here lately it’s been two young men and they are awesome! (One specifically with a longer beard) They keep the store clean and are friendly and boy do they know how to stuff my husbands sandwich!!!!
