first had to order on line to use the coupon second when it was ready and we opened it there was a hair in the sandwich.. they did make another but there was no apology or discount. The interiors been redesigned and now there half the seating… so sad.

8/2/23 review. Today I got a meatball sub at LUNCH so not the end of the day. I uploaded a video to show. It was so burnt that my fork legitimately broke trying to go through it. Subway is already insanely expensive. But to be served absolutely terrible food to go with it is embarrassing. What a waste of whatever it cost $12

Was enjoying my sandwich until a large black carpenter ant crawled out of the spinach. When I asked the subway employees about it they informed me that their spinach comes pre-washed in the bags. So either that was a lie or they have an ant problem.

I have been going to subway in Pea Ridge for a long time and it was always great when Billie Gean worked there. I have been there several times since and every time I get horrible service food made wrong and attitude from people young enough to be my child.

If you’re gonna order online do not expect your order to be correct. It really is a waste of time and a disappointment. This crew needs to have you standing in front of them telling them every sine step to ensure they make your order correctly. Such an annoyance.
