Subway used to be my go to spot, my first thought for a nice affordable meal that was actually pretty healthy. Subway in the big 2025, specifically the West Wedington location, has ruined subway for me forever, and I will be passing that hate down to my children. My sandwich today was horrible- the bread was staler than a 1960’s apocalypse meal, my requests in the app were ignored, and my experience was overall terrible.

Normally I love this location, they are always nice. However when I came in tonight, the surface they use to prep the sandwich didn’t have any cutting boards on them and it still had left over cheese and meat on the surface. Instead of cleaning the surface the employee made my sandwich while the left overs were on there. It looked like they were packing up for the night when I got there around 9:30. I understand doing some of your closing duties early like sweeping or cleaning the dinning area so you can leave as soon as possible, however it was still operation hours, so removing the cutting boards is unsanitary.

Put the wrong items on the wrong bread. Urnt my bread so had to go home and put it on regular bread from Walmart… Ridiculous. Not a single customer in there just 4 workers sitting talking.

The a/c was not cooling. It was quite hot in there. The vegetables were not fresh. A staff person dumped fresh vegetables on top of old vegetables. Service was very slow. I would not want to eat their food again.

Dissapointed cucumbers where frozen ,hardly any lunch meats on it and no dressing. First and last time at this location. Bread was hard not fresh just dissapointing.
