This is routinely the worst service I have ever had in any subway I have ever been in. The employees are constantly flying solo and complaining about having to work alone. They are very inefficient with the time and their current workload. I’m pretty sure I could walk behind the counter and make my sandwich better and faster than anyone in there just by being an observer over the years.

Genuinely do not eat here. There’s an employee who is CONSTANTLY yelling at everyone including customers because he hates his job and wants to quit so bad, the last time I went in here I watched another employee come inside from a smoke break and immediately start making a sandwich with no gloves on and without washing their hands.
My food is almost always made wrong if I use the app, and I don’t get a complicated order or anything either, they forget cookies, drinks, the sides for kids meals etc almost every single time. The bread is ALWAYS old, stale, hard and falling apart, even when not toasted. I literally once had to throw out a sandwich because I couldn’t even bite through the bread, which is absolutely ridiculous for a restaurant that’s slogan is literally “eat fresh” .
I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt that maybe they’re having a bad day or something, but for the last 4 months I have not been able to get anything from here without some sort of issue, so that’s not just a bad day it’s bad workers and management. Just save your time and money

Worst order I have ever had from a Subway restaurant. I even ordered ahead AND CALLED. All 3 subs were well below par. The deluxe sub had less tuna than the regular usually has!
*UPDATE* Vicki called me and was extremely apologetic and professional. I’m astounded by their customer service. They’ve offered to remake our order to their standards. I’m eager to give them a second chance and (hopefully) give them a much better review!

I stop in here about once a week and it seems like Ashley is always there and happy to help. She is quiet but professional and fast. If she isn’t the manager she probably should be.
This location does suffer from broken equipment a lot. A couple years ago they went months without a toaster and now its been weeks without a soda machine. The temp in the dining room always seems to be way too hot.

I came in here a couple of days ago. It was a pretty long wait because they were extremely busy and only had 2 people working there at the time. The woman that made my sandwich was working as fast as she could for everyone and was very friendly. The other guy working there wasn’t able to help cause he was busy with like 3 or 4 different online orders. It might be easy to think that this location should have more people working at the same time, but they probably don’t have a lot of employees right now. There was a help wanted sign on the door when I went in. I really appreciate how friendly the woman who made my sandwich was even though it was so busy, especially cause I have no power and water at home and had been doing yard work that day so I probably looked and smelled horrible and was in a big hurry to get out as fast as possible before more people saw me

Two people working, one lady was super nice, other one couldn’t seem to close a sandwich without giving attitude and it was just a meatball sub with some veggies. There was an excessive amount of flies and there was one in our bag, not a great experience and will not be going back, please improve

The lady behind the counter Vicki i think was her name was very rude and disrespectful to the customer in front of me because he was naming the vegetables too fast. Then I had my fingers on the counter and she said do not push on the glass it will fall down on our food. I had seen enough and left. She doesn’t need to be in any type of customer service
