Employee she was very rude. Acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. Overcharged me. A 6″sub cost me $ 13.99because I didn’t want the bread. So she put it in a bowl. So very little/even though I ordered a 12″ sub. 2nd sub was a12″ sub for $ 10.99.i asked her about price she said that was a 6″ subprice. No manager there so I just left. Won’t go back

Pretty hard to rank atmosphere because it was take out I just ran in and got my order and left. However the staff seemed very nice and helpful and the food was well prepared and exactly as ordered!

Food was good and fresh. One of the employees has some sort of issue with her job. We (my coworkers and I) went in 2 times in 2 weeks and she had just and absolutely terrible attitude both times. She needs to find a new job she’s that unhappy at her job. Very unprofessional. The building is also in need of cleaning and repairs.

Awesome staff, great sandwiches and super clean! Honestly one of the best subways I have ever been to.
My friends and I got sandwiches, a wrap and a protein bowl and they were all excellent!

This is one of the better of the so called fast food restaurants. You get great food made fresh and right in front of you. The prices are really reasonable and they usually have monthly deals. They started serving breakfast now as well. The food is made pretty quickly and usually no wait or a very short one.

Just recently I figured out I have an allergy to gluten. I had went online and saw that Subway had gluten-free bread however apparently they don’t in Harrison. When I called Subway the first time, I asked if they had gluten-free sandwiches and the man had said they didn’t and hung up before I could ask if they had anything else that might not contain gluten. I called again and the same guy answered, I was very nice asking if they had any other gluten-free products besides sandwiches and he said, and I quote, “we do not have any gluten-free products, all we have is sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Alright? Bye!” He then hung up abruptly. He also said it in a VERY disrespectful way. There needs to be someone working there that is respectful and doesn’t just pop off at a person asking a simple question. Subway just went wayyyy down in my book and I will probably never recommend it to anyone. I will be reporting this incident.
