I’ve had my worst subway experiences at THIS subway. It’s just a sandwich but it’s the point. Today I ordered online and when I got there all the employees were talking and making sandwiches, and it seemed like it was what I ordered so I just sat down and scrolled while I waited. Couple minutes later the lady literally throws a bag of sandwiches down on the counter and just heads back towards the register. I got up to check it and it was mine. Despite wanting to react, I just left and made a comment to Subways Support. Not sure if they care. I like 20 mins away. I got all the way home and my sandwich is PITIFUL. There’s nothing on it, it’s not cut, I don’t even have any cheese, barely a bacon, and hardly none of what I specifically asked for more of. I even left a comment asking if they would please put extra. I tipped $2 for someone to just give me whatever and throw it up on the counter. This isn’t the first time but it’ll be the last time I go to this Subway. I took pictures and I’m going to talk to their manager tomorrow and we will see if there’s anyone professional that works there. I would advise NOT to go here.

Awful service tonight. Made a pickup order, and maybe half of what I ordered was on my sandwich. How do you forget freaking lettuce?! Amongst the other things that were literally printed for you to put on there. DO BETTER!

It was extremely noisy when I went in, and the employee could barely hear me, and I could barely hear him, because of a really loud dishwasher that clanged and clattered quite loudly during the entire ordering process. The employee also only put 4 half slices of American cheese on the sandwich, and it didn’t even cover 2/3 of the sandwich.

The people working were decent when it came to customer service, but after getting my food I smelled it and it smelled off the minute I bit into the ham I knew it was bad. I’ve worked in food for 3 years, and this is concerning. I would not recommend getting your food here.

The girls working were high out of their mind. Took so long for ONE tuna footlong. I tried calling to talk to a manager but they didn’t answer. And I know they weren’t busy cause I was in parking lot with no other cars. Do not recommend going here.
