The young lady who made my sandwich was quiet but very professional. She was alone at the counter (it sounded like her coworker was in the back washing equipment at the time) and there was a line, and she kept her cool the whole time and made a great sandwich. Tip (which I hope the owner gave her) well-earned.

Yesterday went in for a salad asked for a chopped salad lady about 50 short brown hair says we don’t do that anymore I said ok can you cut my tomato in 4s she sighed with an attitude then I scaredly asked for sauce in a cup so the 10 salad wouldn’t be dry bc everything is on top not mixed at all and she sighed with attitude and had to ask for a fork three times and my drink cup. Worst attitude ever…made me want to come over the counter and tell her how rude she is especially customers already overpaying for the nice pleasant experience… Blonde lady Angie was awesome

They quit heating up the wraps. They are always out of sweet tea and ice. Half the drinks are empty. The breads are a 50/50 chance of them having it. The owner who I believe is local must be a real hero because the employees complain about his rules.

It was an online order, and I so wish I would have looked at my food before I left the store. Between 3 sandwiches there was a small handful of lettuce, which was so old it smelled horrible. The bread was unbelievably stale. I asked for my veggies on the side, and they gave me enough veggies for MAYBE a 6 inch sandwich.

If I could I would have rated I a 0. Worst customer service ever. We waited out front for someone to come out from the back. Once they did this green haired girl makes this awful face as if she was disgusted that she had to wait on us. Worst experience ever.

Subway is a great little restaurant. Always fresh baked breads, and the very freshest of ingredients for having them build a sandwich just to your liking. The Subway in Melbourne is a small one, but does a quick service with some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever enjoyed. One of my very favorite Subway restaurants. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and keeps the place clean.
