6 o’clock. Empty. You had so much attitude that you had to get up from the lobby and go behind the counter to do your job that I almost walked out then. You didn’t wash your hands. You didn’t have your gloves on when you pulled the bread out. You pulled out two 6 inch, that looked dried out and puckered on the ends, when I had asked for a foot long. So when you told me you had to overcharge me for wanting different chicken, the chicken that ORIGINALLY comes on the sub, I couldn’t trust that you could even do a halfway decent job with somebody watching. 25 states in the past 2 years, dozens of Subways I’ve been to, never have I been charged more for wanting different chicken. 1 star is to good for the attitude.

I went into this location this evening and wanted a 6 in BMT with pj cheese when I got it it only had pepperoni and ham on it and no cheese I also wanted peppercorn ranch and got reg. Mayonnaise. The two people working in there had no idea what they were doing. Bad experience. Won’t go back to that one..

Me and another girl placed a order on the app around the same time I put on mine I wasn’t going to be there until 12 I placed my order at 11:30 I get there with the other girl and her order is done and ready but mine is no where so I asked and the lady came off very rude and said we never received an order from you I showed her where I placed my order and where it came out of my account and she said that’s a third party app and there is nothing we can do about it I had to leave empty handed even though I paid for an entire meal from them showed them everything showing that I did pay and I did order and they refused me.

The young man who handled our orders was extremely polite and patient! The food was good as expected and the store was being actively cleaned while we were inside. This made for a great meal to end our trip to the area and hit the road with full bellies. THANKS!

The person working tonight takes their job a little too seriously, acting like the ingredients come out of their own paycheck. Personality as stale as they bread. Over priced and over rated. I would rather raise some whole livestock and plant an entire garden by myself before I came back to any subway for that matter.

Was in a hurry and ordered a salad. They were a bit stingy with the veggies, so it ended up not being the most plentiful salad, definitely not worth $8.50.
There were two employees. One was working on an large order (3 different footlong subs, each with completely different toppings, that the customer was slowly reading from their phone). The other made my salad and was finished with it before the other employee was even halfway done with the large order. Did they check me out? No. They made me stand their awkwardly while the other employee slowly finished topping each of the subs, then cut each sub, wrapped each sub, labelled each sub, and so on. It was seriously another 5-10 minutes after my salad was done and sealed before they took my money. The employee who made my salad could have taken my money 3 times over before the other one had finished wrapping their subs.

I usually have a great experience with every worker and staff at Subway and the food is always at Great level way better than Main Street Subway but I came in and was very rudely treated by a staff member of the name Lennon she has been the only staff member that is so cruel. UPDATE: I don’t know why this Subway still has Lennon Apel As a manager but she is super cruel to everyone who comes in and me as well many times never returning…
