Had the spicy Italian today. Bread was very fresh and all the veggies were really good. We live in a Covid world. They allow limited seating. Employees are wearing masks and gloves. Great place. People in this store are all very kind and professional.

This place seems to have its issues with employee skill and politeness. Today there were two people “working” ( OK they actually were) and my sandwich was made properly and quickly. They were not out of anything and the vegetables were fresh. Multigrain bread was also fresh.
The place was clean, including toilet .
Lost a star bc this is 2020 and good fast WiFi is expected. There is none here.

Sandwiches were in rough shape. Pretty sure lettuce is suppose to be in the sandwich. Way too much tuna. Made it impossible to eat. BLT was suppose to have little mayo and got extra mayo. This new location doesnt seem to care about quality. Not my first sloppy and gross sandwiches. Just fed up giving them a chance.

Every few minutes I would be able to say the next ingredient I wanted between their conversation with each other, pretty much everything was empty so I felt like a burden that they kept having to go to back and actually refill stuff. Real pain in the butt when I asked for the cookie the 3rd time and got it. I understand it’s a couple of kids that don’t care to much, but I figure some kind of leader should be around to avoid these basic issues

Abby is always such a kind person. She is so professional and you can tell she truly loves giving great customer service. I have used this Subway to cater large meals for offices and of course for personal orders. Sandwiches are always so good, bread is fresh, and cookies are warm! Great job Cave City Subway!

i ordered a footlong and it was supposed to be toasted it was not! the cheese wasn’t melted and the grilled chicken was COLD! i ordered it for ASAP and they sat outside smoking a cigarette and talking to someone for 15 minutes. She made the other subs all sloppy and cold (meatball subs) it was Sarah the manager. i think the reason this is because we’ve had problems in the past and she just doesn’t like me that’s not very professional for a manager or anybody

Toasted subs… Yum! Our sandwich maker was great. After we got there it was like everyone in Cave City wanted a subway. The poor girl was on her own out front (there seemed to be some issues in the back). She handled it with grace and finesse. And everyone was very patient with her. We were satisfied both with the sandwich and our service.

The inside of this Subway is small and quiet. The employees are very courteous and the place is a lot cleaner than other fast food joints. Order accuracy is high and it’s a place you can count on to be consistent. Due to it’s small town location, the store is occasionally out of some things, particularly soft drinks.
