Just left this terribly run restaurant, this is the second time I’ve ate there this week and the second time I’ve had a horrible experience. To start it is a Friday night at 6 PM dinner rush hour, and no manager is on site (they should be ashamed and fired). I ordered a kids meal as pictured ON THE SIGN AS $5.19 (picture taken today inside the store), I go to check out and the girl mumbles $7 and some change. I point to the sign THAT SAYS $5.19 and say yeah not paying that, the girl said she could t do anything about didn’t apologize and got a mouthful from me. She tried calling the lazy manager but the lazy manager didn’t answer. Cave City has very few options, it sucks this one is run by folks who don’t care about the customers or making things right. The girl even had the nerve to say the manager wouldn’t honor the price on the sign if she was there, hahahahahaha. Terrible terrible terrible….

My mother ordered sandwiches On the app AND PAID FOR THEM, we gave them AN HOUR to make the sandwiches and i took her to get them and they DID NOT even make them yet it said they were done and they had AN HOUR, I would give it a BIG FAT 0 IF I COULD. They let someone ahead of us to order, even though ours weren’t even done. WE HAD TO WAIT EVEN LONGER TO GET THE SANDWICHES WHILST THE WORKER MADE 2 THEN PUSHED THE OTHER 2 SANDWICHES BEHIND FOR PEOPLE WHO HAD NOT PAID YET.

Had the spicy Italian today. Bread was very fresh and all the veggies were really good. We live in a Covid world. They allow limited seating. Employees are wearing masks and gloves. Great place. People in this store are all very kind and professional.

Sandwiches were in rough shape. Pretty sure lettuce is suppose to be in the sandwich. Way too much tuna. Made it impossible to eat. BLT was suppose to have little mayo and got extra mayo. This new location doesnt seem to care about quality. Not my first sloppy and gross sandwiches. Just fed up giving them a chance.

This place seems to have its issues with employee skill and politeness. Today there were two people “working” ( OK they actually were) and my sandwich was made properly and quickly. They were not out of anything and the vegetables were fresh. Multigrain bread was also fresh.
