I had a disappointing experience here. The staff came across as unwelcoming, and I witnessed behavior from one employee that felt demeaning toward both customers and another employee. It’s important to foster a respectful environment for everyone. I truly hope the team finds the growth and reflection needed to offer better service in the future. Even in my frustration, I pray that they all be Graced with Blessings and Mercy.

Terrible customer service from manager. We purchased subs on a Sunday at Subway located in Batesville, a town 30 miles from our home . When we got home we ate 1/2 and all was fine. The following day,Monday, we started eating the other half, and with my second bite I pulled a 6 inch long big black hair out with the bite I spit everything out. I did take a photo of it but the manager wanted us to make a 60 mile round-trip in order to provide the sandwich, hair and the receipt. We had thrown the receipt away the day we bought it not expecting a foul hair to be in our food. Who keeps a fast food reciept for longer than the day of purchase ?The sandwich was pitched 1 minute after pulling the gross hair out of my mouth.
All I asked for was a coupon to use at our local subway restaurant which takes cleanliness and customer seriously.
I guess she was concerned I was trying to commit the crime of the century by getting a 1/2 of a sub sandwich that I was not entitled to.

It’s a Subway, so fairly standard across the board. But…compared to another one across town – The bread is much more fresh and their service was a touch better.

Thought I’d try something new this time at Subway. The Southwest steak and cheese signature wrap on the tomatoe and basil wrap. All the signature wraps comes with guacamole as well. If you want something good and not worry about filling up on the bread, the wraps are the way to go. You can also get your favorite sub on the wrap if you want. For a small upcharge of course. A good wrap needs a good drink, lemomade is always my drink lf choice.

I came into this store about 15 minutes before close. The manager Bradley was the only person in the store. He said he had been slow all night and that very few customers had come in. I greatly appreciate that he took my order of 3 sandwiches and completed them rapidly without any strange attitudes nor frustration that I was causing him to have to re-clean things again. Top-tier service. Bradley deserves a raise and a vacation. Thanks for the kindness, sir.

I used to really like subway. This one was just terrible, slow nasty, waste of time and money. Weird hack the hospital cafeteria has cheaper sandwiches with homemade chips that blow this out of the water.

This particular Subway only schedules one employee to work, even during the lunch rush. As a result, the service is often glacially slow, and the poor employee is clearly frazzled. That said, the service has always been polite, and the food good and fresh. I recommend it as long as time isn’t an issue.

We were having a meeting at the community center for work. We called a day in advance to request some party trays. We were told they would be ready by 9:30 but they were not. Called an hour later and still not ready. Finally went a little after 11am to pick up food and I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked into the restaurant. I finally had to just ask if the order was ready and thankfully it was. Not very pleased with the customer service at this location at all. Employee made excuses on the phone when my boss called to see if the order was ready.

At lunch today a lady from our church went to this store with 8 orders for lunch for people working at church. This store WOULD NOT fill the order because it would take too long. Makes me wonder if 8 people had come in at the same time would have refused because they were 7 to many. Will not eat there any more. She went to the Subway on Eagle Mountain and they happily filled the order with no problems and no mistakes.
