I really don’t even want to give this place a one star but unfortunately i can’t go any lower. I worked at subway during my high school years and we were taught that the customer is always right and we do what the customer wants. Basic customer service right? WRONG. i asked the lady if i could do my veggies first cause thats literally what every subway does after your sandwich has been heated/toasted and she refused. She would NOT let me do my veggies first, she wanted me to do my sauce first and said that’s how they do it there. Then they have the app plastered everywhere in there like to join and get points etc; but when i said i had the app and a coupon on it, she said they don’t use it and she wouldn’t take my coupon. also the sandwiches are grossly overpriced. for two footlong steaks & one bag of chips it was $35. i eat subway all the time and my friend and i ALWAYS get two footlongs and chips or a cookie or drink or something and NEVER spend over $25. this subway is a joke. 10/10 don’t recommend going there.

Ate here for lunch and honestly it seems overpriced for the sandwich and food in general you get. I ordered a six inch veggie and it was nearly $6. I have ordered other things here previously like a turkey sub of the same size and they put three slices of turkey on it for over $7.
It is large restaurant so there’s plenty of seating and they do have a drive-thru for convenience but overall it is just ok.

If I’m paying for something I should be able to order it how I wish. I should also be able to ask a question of staff on duty and get an intelligible answer. I’m asking about sandwiches not string theory. AND why the hell do you think you can just openly converse about people in an open kitchen like subway while they are standing there. Maybe I look like a complete idiot! Maybe they think everyone is a fool who will not actually say something about their bs. I told both of the girls that my friend could not hear and I wasn’t much better and they looked perturbed when I had to ask them to repeat themselves more than once. I said the words “I can’t hear you would you speak up please”. She got no louder. They finished making our two sandwiches and the oh so very unhelpful cashier gave her a breathe sign with her hand like woosah kind of sign. So I apologized for my friend and I being so stressful to them. She looked surprised like she hadn’t done it in my face!!!! She stuttered for a moment and I was like “you are right here in my face doing this. I can see you! Sorry I’m asking you to work at your job!” And my sandwich was not very good at all ♀️

that girl with the black hair wish i was able to get her name was SO RUDE. whispering about a customer while IM RIGHT THERE. lucky my mind was on other stuff or i would’ve caused a problem… then walking off after i pay without a “have a nice day” please learn to hire people with BETTER ATTITUDES. thank you!

Absolutely horrible business. I placed an online order. My card was charged from the app. For some reason app glitched and my order wouldn’t go through, but it was able to take my money. I showed them where my order was charged to my credit card. I said I could just tell them my small order if they would make it for me.They would not give me my food. They stole my money. Will never go back horrible customer service.

The girl that took our order was so extremely stressed. It was a very uncomfortable experience. She was a little rude but I think she might just be stressed, or high…. idk. But the sandwiches were amazing & the lady that checked us out was extremely nice we’ll definitely be back. This is by far our favorite Subway in Jonesboro!!

Ordered online. They toasted the sub when I did not order it toasted. When they remade it, they did not remake it with the extra bacon I paid for. I was not the person who picked up the food otherwise I would have had them correct it.

If I could give them negative stars I would. What is the point of having a drive thru If the staff is not going to answer it. I waited at the drive thru window several minutes with no answer. When I finally went it side three staff members are just standing around one on her phone and the others just talking. I asked the girl who fixed my sandwich is the drive thru broken she just said huh.

Stopped in on our way home from Alabama, they have the freshest bread ever.. and super friendly. The air conditioning wasn’t working well but the young man and lady that served us were friendly through the sweat and heat.. Thank you for doing it right!
