I guess their toaster is broken. Past 3 times I’ve ordered from here, even when requested double toasted, my sandwich has turned out cold. Not room temperature but cold. The service is always nice but the sandwiches are very HIT and miss

As understanding and empathetic as i am tonight’s ordeal merits a review, after being asked what i was needing i informed the employee i had a mobile order she continues making my order which is great i ask how she was she replies a very unfriendly im tired ” okay cool we all been there” i left it alone! Where i have a issue is two of the footlongs are on the counter touching a empty but used sani bucket the ones she is wrapping she throws down on the counter ” not even kinding im legit shocked as its happening i wished this was a dramatic recount but its not sadly” then she pops open the bag stares at me in the most uncomfortable and almost intimadating glare and grabs them very heavy handed and slams them into my bag one was smashed til it was flat and you could see her thumb print in the bread from the pressure! The angry stare while slamming ones food was so confusing given i was polite asked how she was and didnt pry or continue bothering to conversate once i was told she was tired and visibly in a terrible mood, with a moblie order it was super quick for both parties wasnt right at closing time i can not find one reason for me to have beeb treated so horribly tonight i myself work i myself am tired at times dealing with customers but never would i treat someone that way. It was like she was looking for a reaction for someone to give into the negative vibe i will hope she receives a coaching that was sad!

They were extremely busy and backed up with online orders when I arrived, yet they still tried their best to make sure that they made time for me and we’re very attentive with me for what I wanted for my sandwich. Strong determination to good customer service. Everything tasted perfect.

I went in at around 8pm after a workout and felt good but as soon as I walked in straight attitude from the employees you could tell they all were almost angry that I walked in and they had to make a sandwich which is crazy because that’s their job. They chose to work there so I don’t understand why they’re mad that they’re working.

This was one of the better versions of this franchise I have visited. The employees were respectful and prompt. The dining area was very clean. The food itself was just like any other Subway but that is why I know I can always count on a subway no matter what city or town I’m in. Consistency.

16, 17, and 18 year old running the store, laughing and talking(slowing their work), they would ask what I wanted, then turn around and start a conversation with their coworker and I had to wait on them until they were done talking… And complaining about customers loudly after they’ve left. VERY unprofessional. I know they’re teenagers but very disrespectful and RUDE.
