Every time we walk in during what I assume is first or transitioning to second shift, they act like our mere presence is a problem. And no, this isn’t just “unfriendly” behavior; it’s borderline harassment. For example, this one employee has a ridiculous habit of knocking on the bathroom door when we’re in there, like she thinks we don’t know it’s her childish self. Today, she even had the audacity to say she thought we were getting back on the bus—excuse me, who even talks to her? Certainly not us!
And let’s not forget the petty nonsense of gossiping about us while we’re quietly minding our business, bothering absolutely no one. Whatever her issue is, it’s none of my concern because I don’t know her, and frankly, I don’t want to know someone with such ungodly behavior. Instead of focusing on her job, she’s wasting time playing these silly, unprofessional games that could easily get her fired—if management cared to hold employees accountable.
Let me make this clear: I come to this store because I choose to, and I owe no explanations to some immature woman who doesn’t have her priorities straight. Her energy is completely misplaced, and I’m not the one she needs to be worried about.
To the owner: you might want to turn your attention to what’s happening in your store when you’re not around. Your employees are actively harassing paying customers like me and my daughter while they’re supposed to be working. We’re here to buy products and enjoy a moment of peace, not deal with someone’s unnecessary drama. Since this is the kind of behavior you allow, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Fix it. Note: In stead of trying to be seen what don’t you ask a sister is she okay or do you need something,. Wow completely unwelcomed in that store because she thinks she owes it. Showing her true self about how she really feels about people who are homeless individuals and talking about them with customers and other employees, just a disgrace because the manager allows it. I hope you never fall, baby. So pray because you’re going to need it.
