Three times now me and my kids have come in towards the end of the night, and Dino and Casey are so kind, to the point where I asked for their names because of how pleasant they are. The best attitudes and hard workers. All three times I’ve come in they are so professional, positive, and helpful even when my kids are taking forever to make choices. They need to be recognized!

I live in the general Vilonia area, so I frequent this Subway. Probably about once a week I stop by to grab a meal for my family. They are kind of stern about what they considered a portion of meat, but every time they are very friendly, and are willing to go out of their way to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the way they prepare my food.
There was one time recently that I got bad service, one employee had a very sour attitude, but not even three hours had passed before the manager contacted me personally to make amends and fix the problem. It proves that they care about the feelings and opinions of their customers. If I could put an exact decimal on my rating, I would give it a 4.5.

Just picked up my pizza wrap. Says it’s hot out of the oven. Wasn’t even warm. It was cold and shredded cheese unmelted. Never touched an oven or microwave. Sad. Ripping customers off. If you want give what we pay for don’t charge full price. Shut this store down already.
