I went into this location in order to foot-long sandwich and one chicken bacon ranch and a blue one with a supreme me they had no bacon, no Spinach no pickles and the young man did not clean his utensils before folding the sandwiches I would never go back to this location again. There is no curbside pickup here. After sitting outside while watching two employees sit and stand around for 15 minutes, I finally went inside to pick up my order at the pickup shelf. Then I’m told by an employee that any time I order curbside, it’ll be on that shelf. Crazy idea……Then maybe y’all shouldn’t advertise and offer curbside pickup. When I get home with my order, it’s wrong. Someone lost their sense of measurement and gave me two 6″ sandwiches when one was supposed to be a footlong. It’s cool, that extra $3 I spent can go towards a ruler I guess.

Not as good as I’d hoped we went through the drive-thru and used the kiosk machine 2 do our order. They were not really busy at all but yet they come up to the window looking at us like what do you want because they had not looked at the machine 4 our order from it. Then they didn’t fully get our order correct they didn’t put the extra stuff on it that I had asked for.

I went through the drive thru of this location last night. I was the only person in line and it did not appear that they had any customers inside. So they were not busy, just lazy. I made sure to double check the touch screen menu to ensure that I had correctly selected all of the meats/cheeses/veggies/dressings that I wanted. I was HIGHLY disappointed to realize once I made it all the way home, and after I had spent my hard earned money at this establishment, that my sandwich only had meat and cheese on it! IT WAS DRY AS A BONE. I completed the online survey that is listed on the receipt and they offered me two free cookies, but they would`ve offered that no matter what I said on my survey so I do not feel that it rights this injustice. I would like full reimbursement, or at the very least for the owners of this establishment to hire competent workers. Food court adjourned.

I don’t understand how hard it is to read a online order and do what it says. I asked for extra condiments bc I hate a dry sandwich and instead they gave me none ! What the hell is wrong with fast food employees ? Oh and their vegetables taste old and out of date. Wow. Terrible service and food.
