This is the only location in the area with a working drive thru, which is very convenient for people with kids. The staff is nice and my sandwich is always right. You can save orders with your phone number or email instead of having to do a new one in the kiosk every time.

If you go to Subway and get the number 30 it has turkey, pepperoni, salami, roast beef with provolone. I got bell peppers, banana peppers, black olives, pickles, mayo, and MVP vinaigrette. Always get the spicy dill pickle chips and a Diet Coke. I love this location because they are so nice always. I have had issues with their drive-through before but lately it’s been good. I’ve been going here for seven . It’s never very crowded here. It’s close to the post office and two banks. Also close to Academy. I definitely recommend!

This Subway location is absolutely fantastic, the bread is always so fresh, no matter the time of day you come in! The employees are so kind, polite, and patient, and they assemble what is being asked for, with thought and care! I’ve been in other Subways, that the sandwich artists’ are not that considerate, even with multiple requests. I have never even once been close, to having that issue here. If you are looking for something tasty, reliable, and affordable this is your place!!

Terrible experience, jacked my order up, didn’t give me any kind of compensation for them wasting my lunch break, it takes 10 minutes to get here and back to work, going back and forth twice, waiting for my food to be made twice, after my lunch break is over I finally have food. Update : they didn’t toast either sandwich, and they didn’t do double meat like I ordered.

I have never had a subway cookie SO fresh and soft. I’m definitely coming to this location more. The staff is definitely friendly and seem to care. I should’ve gotten a dozen of the macadamia nut cookies!

This subway is soooo slow at making food. I literally have to make an online order like 20 minutes before making it there. Compared to subway on jfk, it’s so quick that I don’t have to wait 2 minutes for my online order. Now, what really made me write this review was that this morning, I had a mobile order and they know good and well they have to put mobile orders on the mobile order shelf. Instead of doing that, they had my food sitting on the counter behind them while making other peoples food. I was sitting there for a good 5 minutes on my order that was already finished. Once they finally finished making food, they asked me “did you have a mobile order?” Like ma’am, I shouldn’t sit here for a mobile order that should have been on the mobile order shelf in the first place. I’ve been here several times, constantly giving them a chance, but this is the last straw. I am never going back.

I USE to be a customer of this location and today will be the last. I have ordered from this particular location many times before both in person and on the Subway app. Never had any issues. Placed an order today and used a coupon in the app. Order confirmed, pick-up time stated, and then when I pull into the parking lot to grab it I get a notice that my order has been cancelled. No reason stated, talked to staff and they were not helpful at all. They did say I could order again in the line, but would have to have the physical coupon to get the discount. For the cost of the product, better service is required, not expected. Never again will this location get my business.

I’ve gone in this restaurant a few times and wasn’t satisfied with the customer service. The young men working there waste time trying to impress the young ladies. I had to tell them there are people in line waiting to order or pick up food and they can talk to the young ladies after work or on their break. The last time I was there, I ordered at the drive thru. The order total was $7.03, but when I got to the window I was told the order was $8.09. The guy told me sometime the price is different from what on the drive thru screen versus what prints out on the receipt, but they’re close. I asked him to give me the sandwich for the $7.03, he said no it’s $8.09. I told him to keep the sandwich. He said I had to pay for it because it was already made. He then repeated $8.09. I left the sandwich and told everyone at my job not to go back there, but Instead Tropical Smoothie. This place customer service Is terrible.
