Yesterday evening I had placed an order through the Subway app, with this restaurant as the location. I ordered a meatball sub and it was free with the promotion going on, so I was excited about it. Placed a delivery order, because I was unable to drive there. When I received my order, it wasn’t my meatball sub but instead someone else’s order. 2 subs that I was not interested in eating. I called up there the next day, and was told since the delivery was done through DoorDash, there was nothing they could do about it. I’d plsced the order through the app and the delivery was powered through DoorDash, but I’m not sure how to go about a refund. The staff there should’ve made sure they were giving the correct order to the driver. They are at fault. Will not be eating at this Subway again and this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with them.

The worst subway I have ever been too. Subway closes at 9:30pm and this man closed at 9:05 and said he couldn’t make our order. I came back and he was just on his phone. He started making fun of the situation, telling use to go somewhere else. This is ridiculous if you don’t wanna do your job, don’t come. What are you getting paid for? Trashiest subway I have ever went too.

The worst subway I ever ordered at. Moved to Paducah 2 1/2 years ago. Went there soon after with some coupons that was mailed to my home. They refused to except them due to the cost of food. We ordered anyway. The food was awful. We are from Chicago and love subway, so decided to try once more. Oh boy what a mistake. I ordered a foot long tuna with double tuna.
Uber eats brings my sandwich and there’s no tuna to be seen. The bread was very old and hard. Worst Sandwich I ever had. Learned my lesson. Good by subway lone oak. my sandwich was $20.

Food is usually great, however today 5/10/2025 my husband went to get our dinner and found the crew SLEEPING on the prep table!! They also have various leaks and health hazards. The don’t need to be open until repairs are made tbh

This store inside of Exxon was nasty. If I could give a zero, I would. The flies were buzzing around and getting on the food. The first employee taking the orders had to swat them off customers food, even on my husband’s sandwich. I was ordering a chopped salad but the lettuce and spinach they were serving to customers were wilted and the vegetables looked old and some of them had frost on the metal containers. I have a Colostomy so there was no way I was gonna eat that food.
The ladies were nice, but with conditions of the store and food, I told them I couldn’t eat it. So disappointed because I was hungry and needed to eat, but decided to starve instead of getting sick.
Subway you have to do better and the Health Department needs to do more frequent checks. Not getting sick from bad food anymore from restaurants.

Girl with the red dreads is incredibly disrespectful and says she can’t take your order despite you waiting for 20 minutes with no one else there. She moves in slow motion and wants to limit the number of customers. Subway would be more profitable if they fired her. Skip this one and go to the next restaurant.

Not the prettiest subway. It’s soda fountain isnt standard. And there’s an awful whistle sound anytime someone walks inside the building. But I had a young person make the most conscientious sandwich I’ve ever had at a subway here, and I want to reward their effort.
