Great customer service. I asked for a side of jalapeños, onions & cheese . I was only charged $.83 cents for the cheese. All ingredients to put in my book truckers chili and he loves it. Thank you for the assist.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Subway located inside Love’s Travel Stop. I came in around 3:30 AM, and there was no Subway staff present at the counter. When I asked the front staff at Love’s, they tried to cover for her, saying she was on a 30-minute break but it’s now been over 45 minutes and still no one has shown up. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time.
The attitude of the staff was also rude and dismissive, showing zero accountability or concern for proper service. If this is how the night shift operates, it’s a clear sign of poor management and lack of customer care. Definitely not what you expect from a brand like Subway.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The lady who helped me was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude the entire time. As soon as I paid, she just left my order on the table without even handing it to me, and walked away angry to help other customers. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Definitely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to — I don’t recommend this place at all. They really need to do something about their customer service, because this kind of behavior drives customers away.

Service is shit at this place. Can’t even make my sandwich right. No onions means no onions. I didn’t ask for guacamole or bell peppers on my sandwich but I damn sure got them

I ordered a Philly stake today and the guy who made it didn’t seam like he wanted to be here and put like no meat on the sandwich. It was more bread than meat. I’m lucky it had one scoop of meat. I really did want a meatball sandwich but the guy was too lazy to get more from the back I would not recommend this place.

If I could give minus 12 I would,I walked in hungry and looked at Chester chicken I could smell the cooking grease was old, I used to work in a restaurant. The lady ran her mouth and I asked her to pose for my photo. Before that she YELLED at me that the subway was closed, there’s literally 7 people waiting in line when I 1st walked in,to order from subway. There’s no sign saying closed.

While I was in line, there was a shift change; therefore, the people who waited on me could not have been exhausted, and there was no need for mood swing.
I ordered 6, foot long tuna sandwiches, to all be fixed the same way.
I guess I ordered too many as the girl who was dressing my sandwich had a VERY nasty attitude.
Next, let’s get to the cashier, Tia. I asked her to wrap each half in its own parchment paper. She said ok. Then, only wrapped one half in the paper and said they can’t cut the paper in half……just get another piece of paper for the other half,then. DANG!
I asked for a dozen oatmeal and raisin cookies. She said they only have 11. I told her to give them all to me. She only gave me 6.
Also, she wouldn’t help wrap our bag anything and the line was long.
The lil dude, who was doing the bread, had to help the rude girl, who was dressing the sandwiches wrap and bag them, to get the line moving.ALL Tia did was bag cookies and ring people up and tell them what service subway was not providing.
I’m a truck driver. I go to different subway restaurants, all over the country. This was, by far, my worst experience. I will never go back there!

The portions here are so little it is sad. I ordered a Philly protein bowl and only received half the servings of protein and a literal small pinch of lettuce. When I asked to receive what I paid, for I was advised that this is all they are allowed to do proportions as you can see in the picture of the bowl isn’t even half full.

12-10-24 10am.If you want a expensive bread sandwich,eat here. Hardly gave me toppings. A complete rip off! Save your money and go somewhere else. Will never eat here again. My sub was $16! Not worth $6.
