I want to order a build your own sandwich so I don’t pay the extra $2 on a single slice of cheese split in half. Subway has since removed the option to buy a build your own however they are too lazy and or cheap to remove the option from the menu. Simply trying to charge you more for the same sandwich. Greedy. Worst subway ever. Old bread, cold meat,(Philly cheese sandwiches) kid working behind the counter could not help us get a refund or better food. Not even a number to call. No manager on site. The toaster oven was broke. Didn’t even have a microwave. I swear the bread had to have been at least a week old. Did not eat the food (I left it on the counter ) and couldn’t even get a refund.

Very rude service and I was told that you can no longer build your own and that I had to order from a set menu. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed with how I was treated and only have about 4 ‘build your own’ sandwiches on the menu. I can’t even order what I usually order at this subway. Very annoying and would rather pay half the price and get some food where I actually get treated like a valued customer. Thanks but no thanks Subway.

Just ate there, I had to tell the girl how to make my sandwich. When she rang my order up I handed her a coupon and the attitude started from there. She didn’t know how to take the discount off and got mad at me because I refused to pay full price. The girl working the counter at the gas station finally came over. I still was overcharged but just wanted to leave. She didn’t say thank you or have a nice day. Nothing!! Just threw my food on the counter. Extremely rude customer service. I felt that I bothered her by ordering food. If you are going to leave one employee working, they should know how to do their job and know how to deal with customers

We stopped here on our way to Alabama on 2/14 (Valentine’s Day). I didn’t get the young ladies name but she was awesome! She welcomed us and made our sandwiches just perfect! It was late and we didn’t know she was about to close up. She didn’t tell us (we saw her turn out the lights as we looked around the gas station) but she happily made our last minute orders…I hope I didn’t mess up her Valentine’s plans!!! Most places if you go in before closing (not to mention a special day) try to ignore you and pretend they didn’t see you…not this girl!!!! Wish I had gotten her name!!! She should get employee of the month!

As someone who was trying to make the drive from Dallas to cincinnati in 1 day this place you should avoid. Really slow.. There were 3 people there. 2 women and 1 guy. The guy seemed a new and kinda didnt want to be there, he at least worked. The two women though… if you were blind and deaf you could tell they wanted to be anywhere but there. Extremely rude, unhelpful. There was a line and one women was walking in and our of the back but still in view of the customers. She would help for 15 seconds then not care anymore. The older lady there presumably the manager but idk just flat out stood there and did nothing to help. Asked for strip chicken and I got rotisserie chicken. Avoid this place if you are in a rush.

I walked in and they shut it down at lunch! How do you say you’re closing at lunch? My experience, is there’s never someone behind the bar working. They’re always elsewhere and you have to wait for them to arrive, they’re always understaffed and under trained. This was my last attempt to eat here.
