Stopped in yesterday to get a sandwich on a road trip. The owner made my sandwich. Super friendly and we chatted while he put all the toppings on. I mentioned that I was driving and he offered to wrap my 2 halves individually so that I could handle them easier in the car. I will passing through a couple of times in the next few months and I will definitely be stopping at this location.

Awesome Subway, walking distance to a Tesla Supercharger station. The waiter is very friendly. Spacious interior design with huge glass walls.

They didn’t honor coupons. They looked at me and my party suspiciously like they didn’t want us there.They were rude.and unwelcoming. I spent 57.00 on 4.six inch combos that were mediocre with rude uncomfortable service. The cookies.were.stale.we left there and went to the Subway at Love’s exit 193 which honored the coupon and they were very nice and welcoming with excellent food. Don’t stop at the subway in Brinkley. Rude with racist vibes.

Service was friendly, sandwiches were good. Bathrooms were not dirty but were not kept up like should be, and they were freezing but that’s a minor thing. Hope this helps get their stars up from when it got bad reviews when management was different. We were pleased. A good place to a bit to eat when traveling. Lobby was clean and tidy.

This girl stayed on the phone. Basically refused to make accommodations for my husband’s sandwich. She was alone but you still can not take your frustrations out on customers. Didn’t even think this place was open.

Greatly impressed by everything there…very clean..super efficient young lady working alone and “taking care of business”. She must have been the owner as attentive as she was to all aspects of the store. Everything was arranged with care.. fresh…clean..personable and reasonably priced. It was an evtremely happy experience dropping in for a quick lunch.

Stopped by because i was on a diet, i am assuming that this location is run by a husband and wife team, but the customer service of the woman at the counter was terrible, you can not understand her and she cant understand you, she put ranch on my sandwich when i didn’t ask for any such thing. They seem to be very stingy about giving toppings for your sandwich. They were pretty rude and don’t offer free water. Thankfully. I brought a 32 oz water bottle in with me, so i didn’t have to pay for the soda cup to fill up on water.
Thankfully this will be the only time i pass through here, and will be the last time i ever stop at this subway.
