Went through the drive thru, ordered, checked mine and my husbands sandwiches and they were both wrong. Went back through the drive thru and had them remade (was very nice about it) and these were the sandwiches we got back, and they took our first ones back as well. Half the meat we originally had and still the wrong toppings. Would’ve gone through again if i’d looked before we left the SECOND time $21 for whattttttt

I went to this Subway for dinner, and I was genuinely excited at first — but that quickly changed. Half of the vegetables weren’t stocked, and they were completely out of basic ingredients like onions. The lettuce looked old and unappetizing, and the tomatoes seemed like they’d been sliced hours ago — possibly more than four, which is a food safety concern.

This was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Subway. Between the lack of freshness and poor preparation, it felt like the store just didn’t care. Honestly, if this is the standard, they might as well shut the whole place down. Extremely disappointing.

I’d give zero stars if I could. This location is terrible. We’ve been three times, months apart and will never go back. It took 25 mins to get three sandwiches today, two of which were wrong, one was the wrong sandwich entirely. We get home and they look like they have been punted across the store. I’ve tried to give them a second and third chance, but I always end up eating something else instead. The last time we ordered from here it was a mobile order, and we still waited for 45 minutes after we had gotten the notification that our order was ready. Those sandwiches were burnt and rock-hard.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a worker at this location. And I literally drive past multiple other Subways to coem here quite often as I have a picky eater that only eats a handful of things – subway being one of them!
I asked for the owners info to talk to him about it. He went above and beyond what was required to help me. He started by telling me how much he appreciates my business and then he offered more than necessary to make the situation right.
I was SO impressed with his professionalism and kindness.
What could have been a situation that caused me to never come back was turned around all because of this impressive man!

Placed online order, on my way there recieved a call that they were out of cold cut combo meat, I said fine and asked if they could just make it a turkey with all the veggies, oil, and vinegar as requested.Shes like i guess i can do that this ONE time, theres a price difference. Yeah? The company is getting a better deal because its just one meat, sigh. Get there, pick up, and drive home. Sit down to eat, no veggies except one, single pickle on a whole 12″ sandwich, no oil, no vinegar, a dry sandwich. On the other sandwich, same, no oil or vinegar, dry, very few veggies. I called up there and got an attitude like they didn’t believe me. They did say I could bring back and they would remake, but it was storming. So I just said forget it and here giving a bad review. They were not even busy, so not sure why either sandwich was not made right.

I wasn’t mad at the place, the food was good, they were just very skimpy with the portions. I’m paying $30 for two sandwiches with barely any meat on them, and a small handful of veggies and got told “I can’t give you anymore than than, we are only supposed to give xxx amount” just sad. The food was still good, but, I feel cheated.

What can I say. It is the only sub place within 15 MI of where I live. I get so frustrated because it is such a rip-off for what you get. The meat portions are ridiculously small. Most of the time the employees are teenagers and and truly show that they really don’t want to be there….lol

Because of the small meat portions I try to get them to load up on all the veggies so that the sandwich is more filling and sometimes they have a look of frustration because you asked for extra veggies or condiments.

If there was another sub sandwich place closer I would never go back to Subway.

For those who live or are visiting Hot Springs go to Jimmy John’s. Fantastic Subs, so fresh and the staff have always been top notch.

Placed an online order for pick up at 6:15 and showed up on time to see the drive thru backed around building so I gave up and went inside to see only one person in the store so I asked about my order and I was assured that they were making it right away. Then I see 3 different people come in and order. I watch as they make all of there sandwiches and still don’t even take a look at my order. Nothing like working all day to wait way too long for burnt a$$ sandwiches. Get it together that’s lousy service I won’t be coming back to this location it appears all of John’s subways are poorly ran
