I must say, I’m not impressed with the subway location on military rd here in Benton. I’m not sure if the employees are new, or it’s just being mismanaged. Our experience today was not great, in fact very disappointing. Two sandwiches and a Gatorade for $32 is a bit ridiculous first of all. But more importantly was the process how it was made. The first sandwich they made for my wife they left in the toaster to long and it burned. So they took up more time and made another one . She had asked for vinager and oil on her sandwich , and it was not evenly spread. So one side of the sandwich tastes like vinager and the other side just oil.. they made my sandwich next. We go to check out and where is my sandwich. No one can find it. Did it disappear, did you give it to someone else. Within 30 seconds of it being made it and wrapped up it disappeared. So they took up even more of our time and half ass made another one for me, that was just thrown together. The vegetable selection was the lowest quality I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. The lettuce was a white and yellow color, the olives were sour looking and had a weird smell. They had no cucumber or a very big selection like normal. And it all looked like it need to be tossed and fresh produce brought in. We asked for a military discount, and said they gave it to us, yet the receipt showed nothing. So they took up more time, had to refund our money and re do it. All in all, getting two sandwiches and a Gatorade from this location with no one else in line took us 25 minutes, and came home and it tasted disgusting and old. No apologies we’re given or anything to make right. We will not be back to this location and I will be telling everyone we know about our experience. According to Benton rants and races online, apparently we are not the only ones that have had issues. Wish I would of saw those posts before we went.

Came in today and was rudely greeted by a black male. He had his AirPod in, didn’t speak, and rolled his eyes as if he was annoyed I was coming in. I asked him to toast and place my meat a certain way. He continued his attitude and began arguing with me why he wasn’t fixing it. I simply told him that he had been rude as soon as I walked.. his response was “he just woke up from his nap”. I said that has nothing to do with providing good customer and fixing the customer sandwich how they prefer. I asked for someone else he stated he was the store manager. Still refusing to fix my sandwich as I asked.. just going back and forth with me. This who you have running your store. Someone who lacks professionalism, customer service, and simple hospitality. You can tell he doesn’t enjoy his job. Me being a paying customer I should be allowed to express how I would like my food made as that whole point of subway and your company’s slogan.

So me and my son went in there to order and I guess it was the manager training somebody said oh no, get the paying customers first we’re referring to the online orders inferring that we were not paying customers when we haven’t even been able to order yet extremely rude!!! Mind you I’ve only ate Subway twice in the last 10 years because of how bad my experiences with them have been this just sealed it

Subway has gotten too expensive without coupons. Our digital coupon from Subway app didnt work. One sub maker got snippety with my wife because she waited to the end to add mayo and mustard. The subs were good. The manager gave us a free drink and two cookies to make up for $2 off coupon from app not working…..it still cost $26 for a footlong BMT and 6″ Veggie sub.

Placed order through DoorDash. Food arrived quickly, but the food was terrible.
1) The chicken on the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich was cold as ice.
2) Ultimate bacon chicken ranch sandwich had 2 pieces of bacon. It was basically a mayonnaise sandwich.

Just left from there where the sandwich artist was either high or a space cadet, i asked for meatballs and he said they were out and even the manager was like “are we?!” Fairly sure that meant more in the back, so i get a chicken teriyaki instead, and he squirted some kinda mustard on it when i asked for extra teriyaki, i just walked out at that point.

During my visit, I ordered a sandwich that included artisan bread, which unfortunately was not fresh—it was extremely hard and inedible. I had no choice but to remove the contents and discard the bread entirely.
Additionally, I was charged for a Fresh Meal, which I did not request, and I did not receive the accompanying fountain drink and chips. This discrepancy added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience.
The staff member assisting me appeared uncertain of the process, distracted, or overwhelmed. I was asked multiple times the same questions regarding the size of the sandwich, the type of bread, and whether I wanted it toasted. While it is understandable to repeat a question once for clarity, being asked several times throughout the process was disconcerting and gave the impression of disorganization.
I did reach through online support after try twice to get the manager at the store. Who seemed not to be on the premises and staff was uncertain to when they would be. My reply to my complaint was answered by the general manager with a GENERIC FORM LETTER! This is not an acceptable or satisfactory response to customer complaints. Remember it is customer who keeps your business running.
I will no longer be using this location on Military Rd, Benton, Ar.

Paid $20 for a foot long chicken bacon ranch. The amount of meat they put on was barely enough for a 6”. I’m honestly insulted by how much I just paid to eat bread with a few scraps of meat.
