We had a couple different experiences here during our long weekend trip to Hot Springs. It’s literally the only place that’s walkable where you can reliably get a quick bite to eat for a reasonable price. I do recommend it to everyone visiting the area. I will say they should keep lots of staff on duty, because they get really slammed and you can just tell they are absolutely exhausted. Go easy on them and be patient. Nice folks working here who need a little extra grace, because again, they get slammed with customers walking in and also calling in orders. I was impressed by how polite they were given that every time we visited, they were swamped.

Atmosphere is only a 3 because of construction inside the restaurant. The staff that was there was amazing as always. His name is Anthony. Our food was well made and tasted great too.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for lunch with wife. Went to wash my hands and the employee said if you are looking for a bathroom, we have none. I am disabled and she said you have to go upstairs for a bathroom. Totally pissed us both off. How can you own a business without a restroom ??? Stay away from these ungrateful business owners.

Y’all make sure you check your online orders before you leave this store. We ordered 3 footlongs. We got 2 footlongs and half a wrap. They remade the one that was put into a wrap but they didn’t add the double meat we paid for. Both sandwiches that had Italian bread were pretty crunchy. Not a good look for not toasted. The one on wheat bread was fabulous though.

Beautiful location and awesome staff. The entrance is just off the street and they’re located on a corner spot with tons of windows great for people watching. Online and in store ordering are easy, but they’ll get pretty busy every now and again. Online ordering took longer than just walking in. Hubert lemonade is a definite bonus.

I have visited this place with my family and friends family to grab our lunch during our hot spring AR trip on 30Nov2019. Today is cloudy and partly sunny. Climate here is very nice. This place just beside the Main Street. We have taken 12 inches and 6 inches subs. Subs are smooth and Tasty. Taken subs+chips+ drinks made approx. 40$ for 5 people. People who works here are customer friendly. We are happy with food here. There is unisex rest room with separate key.

I left a review a few days ago and went back to see if anyone has responded or anything. But it was deleted, so I guess when I left the horrible review about how I was treated and how she was treating the other employees got deleted. As well as she treated the lady’s in front of us horrible too! She must of been a manger, to delete my review. Which is completely unprofessional. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I work in customer service downtown and I would NEVER treat anyone like that. I was not welcomed, I was asked “what do you want?” By the employee. The other employee seemed to be pretty new and made a mistake and she caused a seen and was totally uncalled for in front of everyone. He basically seemed miserable because of her. Definitely a hostile work environment. I will not put a name, but She knows who she is because my comment got deleted.

I love this place and the staff!! I come her every other day because i’m always next door. The staff is so friendly towards me and my sister. They easily remember my entire order. The food is good as well as the cookies. They don’t have a bathroom but always give the key to the bathroom upstairs. If you’re gonna eat at any subway it should be here!

I would highly suggest seeking another place to grab a sub. Quality is good but $14 for a sub with very little food on it is just insane. There are other options in town that offer subs for the same price or less and you will have 2-3 times the portions that this subway offers. I like the staff! They care and it’s obvious. But the portions are just robbery and that’s coming from a customer who is accustomed to spending much more than $14 for food. Hopefully the higher ups or owner will address their misdirection in management of the store.
