Let me start this off with i normally have good experience with this subway. I accidentally sent my mobile order to this subway when I was at work, I called them over 20 times trying to cancel it and get a refund and proceeded to called over an hour later and still couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Now 4 hours later I got someone on the phone who said “can’t help you with that ” and proceeded to hang up in my face. Very poor customer service.

Janie or Jamie, the staff, at this subway was AMAZING and very helpful. Our local Subway is never as friendly and accommodating. We actually drove 30 miles to this subway to accommodate feeding our staff. When I tell you this lady was kind and patient with us. I was amazed!
