Not sure how you can stay operational when you close early all the time. Especially on a Friday night. This has been the case several times that I’ve tried to order from you.. so each time I can’t place an order you’re losing at least $40. And I’m sure other orders as well. What ever hours you post should be what your open, period. I’d order more often but cant count on you.

The people that work in the mornings are AMAZING! They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and always have a smile on their faces. Sometimes they do not have a lot to work with but always greet with a smile and are open and honest about what they are out of from the start. Angie, Marlena and Trey make this place what it is. 🙂

On April 6th at 7:50 pm, my family and I ( 2 adults and two children 12 and 6) had stopped to get a meal on our drive back Baton Rouge. As we approached the door to enter the lady ran from behind the counter and locked the doors preventing us from entering, the other female at the counter was commenting and pointing toward us, but the night manager shook her head no. Other guest inside was looking at us and at the manager in dismay.. I then pulled up to the drive to see if they would take our order, Noone would come to the window. I called the number and the assistant answer the phone and I asked to speak to the night manager, at first she refused to take the phone I asked her why she locked the door in our face, but she did not reply. I informed her I would be writing a review and contacting the owner concerning her actions. The level and lack of professionalism and courtesy is astounding, and for Subway to have such a representative.

Me and one of my cousin ate at the Subways in Hamburg, Arkansas yesterday, and the food was fresh and delicious! The staff was friendly,accommodating, courteous, engaging, helpful, attentive and made our sub sandwiches the way we requested and to our satisfaction!we dined in and look forward to going back there very soon.

There is not enough staff! Especially during the current pandemic. I know tons of people who need a job and have applied and yet no one is hired. When I order four sandwiches my order is “so large” I will have to wait an additional 40 minutes above the first 40 minutes I have already waited to get my food because there is only one person working! This is unacceptable. Orders should be made in the order received and there should be enough staff to accommodate the demand. Do better subway!
