Unless you stand in front of them to make sure they complete your order correctly, it will not happen. Multiple times now our mobile and drive through orders have been wrong. Even though clearly requested, we have received sandwiches that were not toasted, had none of the requested veggies, had zero sauce on pizza subs, had condiments added that were not requested, etc. The place was not busy. At times, I was the only customer there. Do better!

The workers were friendly, prompt, and very helpful. My food was ready in just a few minutes. I recommend the steak and cheese, it’s my favorite. However they have lots of other sandwiches that are really good, as well as some excellent salads. The best part is you can pick just exactly what cheese, veggies, etc that you want.

we were ignored for about ten minutes at the drive thru speaker. So with two cars in front we we decided to order at the window . We waited for about 20 minutes until finally somebody pas by the window. She didn’t even look , we waited again she pass by at this time I honked to get her attention. She ignored us. Both my husband and Honk again. Eventually the same person who pass was standing and looking at us through the window. We started to call she simple started at us turned around and went back to the front. We went inside and ask if they were working the drive thru. First Borge girls said no. Then one said they were going back and forth. I told them we were waited 30 minutes at the drive thru. Both shrugged their shoulders . I then pointed at the girl (Erin) and told her we even honked when you pass by. She said she heard honking but it was far away. I was maam we were honking as you we’re walking back and forth. We also called you and you didn’t answer. Both girls didn’t care. I asked for the managers number and the first girl points at Erin and says she’s the manager. I then ask for the number to call and complain about her and she says she didn’t have it. After she gAve me her store number she then says her manager name is Laura. We understand they were busy that is whys we waited . And no point did they even apologize. They simply didn’t care. Both my husband and I believe it was a racial thing him being black and me being Hispanic. As we were leaving a white male in a truck was getting his order taken through the drive thru.

We went through the drive thru, they were pretty rude, neither sub was toasted, both were absolutely drenched in sauce even after I specified that I only wanted one swipe of sauce, there was one jalopeno on the half that I tried. My husbands chicken was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted, he was so disappointed he didn’t even want a new one. I went back to have mine fixed and Phara was extremely short with me. She did a very good job with the remake but her attitude was awful, the whole experience was off and seemed like they didn’t want my business.

Fast, competent service. They have weekly specials if you sign up for the app. I got cold cut combo. this time, but I used to enjoy the roteseerie chicken. Since I love various cheeses on a sandwich, Subway is a place that provides that. They also for a limited time have some lower calorie beverages. The watermelon, mango, cucumber is really good and refreshing.
