They closed early. We showed up at 8:52p and they close at 9. Doors locked and mouthed to me, “we’re closed.” It’s fast food. Doesn’t take & minutes to make a sandwich. If you close at 9 you don’t take another customer at 9! Not before! I’m sure they will expect to be paid as if they worked past 9. They are walking out the door by then!

Our mobile order didn’t go thru to the store. The owner was super friendly, helpful, and patient. The staff was friendly. Super nice and clean store. Food was great. I’ve been to most of the Subways in the Pine Bluff/White Hall area, and this was by far my best experience. This will be my go-to subway from now on!

Sooo, my family are visiting here in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and had a hankering for some Subway this Super Bowl Weekend. We had coupons and first wanted to make sure if this location accepted our Subway coupons? They stated they do accept Subway coupons We are a family of four so each sandwich request is unique. This young man was the best sandwich maker at Subway that I had seen in a long time!!! His rapport was excellent!! I appreciated his being patient & thorough with our orders so much I told my husband this young man is truly a leader and needs to be in Management!! I personally am proud of him and hope they have more staff like him to represent Customer Service@Subways everywhere! The customer service from him was that Awesome!

I’ve been on the road for 2 hours and just wanted a bite to eat but I obviously needed to use the rest room after being on the road for so long but was told I couldn’t get the key because the manager was a church. So you mean to tell me all the workers are there unable to use the restroom. I don’t believe that. I will not be returning to this store and really this experience has ruined my taste of subway to he honest. Chose not to spend my hard earned money if I cannot even use the rest room… that’s is ridiculous Subway for your paying customers.

Food was good, no better or worse than any other Subway I’ve been to. When I was there and checking out, the cashier, and I’m assuming a manager or supervisor, were having a mild disagreement. It distracted the cashier from hearing me correctly as I wanted to add some chips and drink to my order and she didn’t hear me. She rang up sandwich only and when I asked again, she only rang up chips. I then had to ask again for a drink and was rang up a third time. I really don’t fault the cashier so much as i do the person who was distracting her while trying to ring me up. But the sandwich was made correctly and tasted good and the sandwich makers were very attentive.

This franchise, at the time of my visit, seemed to be struggling. The use of coupons was heavily restricted. There were no cookies besides oatmeal raisin to be had, but there was no effort to bake more until 30 minutes into my visit. Part of the drink station was empty/inoperable. The table at which I sat was appallingly sticky.
The food was OK, and the service was adequate but middling. I feel this establishment has done better and can do better.

I had a pretty funny experience a few days ago. The guy who finished making my sandwich was obviously tired and ready to go home haha. He was being funny about it but was also a bit irritated. That could’ve been his personality though and he could’ve been just joking around. I told him that I wanted Mayo on my sandwich but I could see that they were running out. (They usually go grab some from the back but maybe he didn’t feel like it.) He told me that he would put some mayo packets in the bag instead. I should’ve known that wouldn’t happen because I’ve been going to Subway for YEARS and I’ve never seen a SINGLE packet of mayo lol. No packets in the bag when i got home of course. I’m glad i had some at home. I do love that they take coupons though! that makes it worth while! they were out of a lot of stuff when I went and if you have a coupon for several sandwiches, you can only get one steak and you can’t get double meat with a coupon. Just keep that in mind. I also find the meat a bit lackluster in quantity. So i either get double meat ($3 extra) or i get a sandwich will lunch meat (like the italian bmt) instead of meats like chicken and steak because it’ll just end up being mostly bread and whatever veggies you get. Overall, I recommend it. I’ll be here again when i get another coupon!

The sandwich artist is awesome.(Sorry, I forgot to get her name.) My 8 year old daughter and I have been there 2 to 3 times and each time the same person made our sandwiches. On our most recent visit, she knew exactly what we wanted and how to prepare the sandwiches perfectly without me having to tell her. I was really pleased. Her customer service was excellent and our tuna sandwiches was delicious!!!! We will return very soon. Thanks, please keep up the awesome work.

Got more vegetables than meat on my sub. The amount of meat you get on your sub has really went down over the years. Even the bread seem to have a tough texture to it. If I go back next time I will get a different bread and double meat.
