Says on google, the app, and on the door at the restaurant that they are open until 9 on Sundays. They are not. When I got there at 7.30 they were closed.

Ordered The Boss (Meatball, Pepperoni, Marinara Sauce, Provolone Cheese and Parmesan Cheese). Didn’t have Provolone, didn’t have Parmesan, no black olives and didn’t put any marinara sauce on my sandwich.
When a customer orders something it would be helpful if the employees working knew what they were out of, instead of making it and then saying they are out of this or that and still make me pay for a sandwich that is incomplete.

My dad went into the store for a pickup order and there was an employee being trained that employee looked up at my dad and asked very rudely “what do you want?!” I think if you’re gonna work in a place of service being NICE should always be a priority and it clearly wasn’t existing in this place. I’ll never go there again.

Staff is always friendly, and ingredients are always fresh looking. Never a disappointment here!
Edit August 2022: I have come back to this review and felt that the past few times I’ve visited haven’t been very great. Some staff aren’t as friendly, store doesn’t open when it says, and some of the food isn’t as fresh as it used to be. 5 stars to 3 stars.

My most recent dine in experience will also be my last. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the meat was bloody raw. I understand completely that they do not ‘cook’ the food there and they get everything pre cooked. I discreetly went to talk to the owner to show her and suggest the investigate that pan of chicken as obviously it had to be cooked somewhere and it wasn’t done. Instead of accepting the complaint in the manner it was given, she makes a scene in front of the entire store, gives me my money back and tells me not to return.
As far as the other services, policies etc, they do not accept any of the national coupons you may find in your mailbox and the dining room closes due to lack of employees on a regular basis.

This store seems to not carry the items that others do. They won’t order egg. Egg sandwiches are great for any time of day. They also won’t accept coupons. Wish we had one owned by someone interested in the customer’s opinion.

Ordered 4 foot longs of different varieties. They had helpful suggestions, and were expeditous in there task. The meats were moist and tasty, the vegetables crisp.

I loved it! Most Subways I go to seem to have attitude when you want your salad chopped, but the gals working were really nice and didn’t seem inconvenienced. Very friendly staff and the salad was great!
