Apparently I can’t get extra of one topping on my sandwich? If I get only two toppings on my sandwich that’s 1oz each then theres hardly anything in the sandwich. What’s the difference between getting more of one topping vs picking one of each topping for a full sandwich. What is one oz of lettuce going to do for a $15 sandwich. Greedy. The little girls currently working here cannot make a sandwich to save their lives. Imagine having to beg them to put more than two pieces of each ingredient on only to have them literally drown the sandwich in the sauce you request. Meanwhile, you are thrown attitude. I will not accept another horrible sandwich. Next time, I’m out the door and refuse to pay for it.

This is one of the best subways around! Every time I go in there the people behind the counter are always smiling and greet you in a very nice way. They carry on conversations and make polite talk with everyone. The place is always clean and smells good. The food is always fresh and looks crisp and clean and is very good! They have great tasting tea also!!

I won’t be going back to this subway. My sandwich wasn’t made very well. For one the lady only put cheese on half of my foot long. She also put the wrong cheese like really. Then I asked for black olives and she was only putting 5 olives I asked for more and she was like can we put extra on her sub. Jena sucks Winnfield subway is way better.

Yes, I will admit the place is clean as a whistle and the food is good but the staff is lousy!!!
They literally gave us a meatball sub without any meat in it! When we wanted her to just fix problem and give us another one with the meat.
The woman was extremely rude to my older mother and wanted to argue about what was on the receipt! We wound up with nothing because
she refused to fix it only reason being she didn’t want to admit she had made a mistake on our order!!!!
Don’t waste your time with these rude people!

As soon as we walked in, we were not greeted. The two ladies working just kept on talking amongst themselves. After i said “hello thanks for choosing subway” they looked at us, and said”what can i get you” very rudely i might add. The vegetables were all soggy, and they never once said Thank You or anything cordial. It was one of the worst experiences ive had in our Subway. Needs improvement and knowledge of how to make the sandwiches. More training and also need to learn to be more friendly.

The staff was rude. The food table was nasty. The server kept wiping her hands all over her clothes and still served food without washing. I used a coupon for a meal which includes the sandwich, chips and drink but was still charged $1.50 extra for a meal. Ordered a kids meal but only got the sandwich. Wasn’t charged for the kid meal, just the $2.00 for the 3 inch sandwich.
I was extremely disappointed. Management needs to do an overhaul of the staff and find people who aren’t rude or unsanitary.
