Food was typical quality for Subway. Service wasn’t anything great though. The girl closed our sandwiches multiple times before we could finish telling her what we wanted on them. She only put 5 leaves of spinach on my veggie delight! She definitely wasn’t wanting to do her job.

SUPER friendly but CHECK YOUR FOOD FIRST AND WATCH THEM MAKE IT. I’ve seen hair on or near food twice now. I’ve made a decision that I can’t eat here anymore. Not until the employees are told to put hair back neatly or wear hair nets.

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RUDE STAFF EVER. I stopped by at subway in cottonport to get a steak sandwich toasted and the young girl working there left my sandwich in the toaster even after it was done to finish putting veggies on someone else’s sandwich. She left in there for a long time after the timer was finished, and it kept beeping to signal it was done. When she did finally take it out, both the meat and especially the bread was way charred and cooked black. I asked her to make me a new one. This girl took a new peice of bread and toasted it with no meat and then proceeded to put the overcooked steak from before onto that bread. I then told her that I did not want any of the old sandwich as it was all way overcooked and just wanted a new sandwich done like normal and not overcooked. Easy right? Well she popped an attitude at me and said sorry we are not allowed to do that or make new sandwiches and then refused to give me the name or number of any manager or owner. I had to call nearby subways to get the number. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service and will never eat there again or anyone from my company. The food was never great anyway so no lost. And then she is the only employee in the whole store so if more than 3 people are in line you will be there all day

The two little colored girls that work the front or extremely rude. Was on a phone call and playing on their phone the entire time they made our sandwiches. Ordered two foot long Italian herb and cheese bread. Bread was extremely thin and smashed flat before they even made the sandwich. Charged almost $9 for one of them that had only ham on it and the other one was spicy Italian. Has 3 extremely thin slices of pepperoni and 4 extremely thin slices of salami when it’s supposed to be 8 each. She try’s to double stack them to save time but ended up putting half the meat
