The food was good when I finally got it. I placed an order online at 3:13 pm for 5:00 pm pickup. When I arrived, I had to wait in line just to be told they didn’t have my order. Then when I showed my order on my phone, they found the ticket on the counter and said they just got it. I finally got out of the store at 5:22, because they had to make all the orders for the folks in line first. What is the point of ordering online if it isn’t ready and you have to wait in line anyhow?

I ordered through waitr app and it was saying it had been delivered an hour and half ago. I called them and the manager picked up I told him what was going on and he just hung up instead of communicating like I cant help you with that you need to contact waitr. Very unprofessional and extremely rude I have seizures and I don’t think right all the time and other stuff but the fact is how unprofessional and rude and not manager material I will not be ordering from this store ever again! The only reason I leave 5 stars is to the sweet man and woman that did my order this morning. They were warm and welcoming. On the other hand the MANAGER was extremely rude and stood in the door way and would not move to allow me to come in and she also decided to lean on my car and smoke and would not move until she decided to go in. When I walked in she gave me the dirrtiest look and mustered up a “hi” that is extremely unprofessional. I went in yesterday and got the same greeting. She is the worst I’ve dealt with.

The Best Subway in Alexandria. Pineville’s best Subway is in Louisiana Athletic Club on Louisiana College’s Campus. Great staff at this location, and my order is almost always right. I am very picky when it comes to the amount of condiments and sides on my sandwich and the staff is always patient with me even if the request sometimes seems unreasonable. This location can be out of the way compared to other locations around town, but to me it is worth the drive. Sometimes it is super busy at lunch time, simply because it is walking distance to Alexandria Senior High School, and if students, seniors, have a half day they like to eat here. Pair that with all the business professional who need a healthy lunch it can get crowd in the sandwich line. Thankfully, most of the orders are pickups, so the dine-in experience is always roomy. Live to Eat!
