Doordash is truly treated like it is unimportant especially by the girl the the razor blade necklace and she definitely shouldn’t complain about having a doordash order to other customers in line when I’m literally standing right there and it wasn’t slammed as she says they were just disorganized at least when I got there .

Today I attempted to take my wife to this location for supper after she had a long day and we get here the store is in shambles and closed even though online and the sign on the door clearly says 9:30 and its currently 8:58 the absolute worst subway in town and thats saying alot considering the one in walmart is mediocre at best employee is prob just hiding in the back till 9:30 to ride the clock

It was clean and well lit. Had a nice older lady working helping train a new girl. Even that didn’t slow down service much.

Went there for lunch on 5/3/25 and it was hands down the BEST Subway experience we’ve ever had! The two gentlemen working that day had EXCELLENT customer service skills and you could tell they were very hard workers. They definitely deserve a raise!

Stopped in at the subway on North Mall Dr. A lady by the name of Adrian came from the back and started asking my family and I what we would like. I asked if she could give me a moment to look over the menu, she stood there staring at me like I had just said something wrong. She had a very impatient attitude. No smile and was not friendly at all. She seemed like she was upset with her coworkers and it showed. I wish they would not have people like this working in establishments where you are interacting with the public. Her coworkers were very patient and encouraged me to take my time in deciding what I wanted to order. I thanked them for the patience but I will not be patronizing this particular establishment again.

I visited this location this evening @6:15pm. Upon walking in both employees sitting down by the counter. The young man speaks, the young lady spoke reluctantly, while washing her hands. I expressed the two sandwiches I wanted(My wife & I), I had to repeat my order twice, and she still got it wrong, then tells me.. “You waited until I finished the sandwich before saying anything” . ” I told her, I can’t see the sandwich as you are building it, until it’s ready to be toasted”. She begins to argue as if I told her differently. If she wasn’t busy chatting with her coworker about making a sandwich tray, perhaps my order would have been done correctly. I usually get great service at this location, but not today!!!
I decided to spend my dollars somewhere else, maybe I didn’t really want a sub sandwich after all.
Sorry I didn’t get her name, but won’t order anything else if she’s working, especially if she has to make anything for me.

My daughter was charged $7.98 for extra mayo. The receipt states extra meat but there was no extra meat only extra mayo when I called back to inquire about the charge I was told that there was extra condiments if there was a charge for extra condiments that information should have been shared with the customer. I was also informed there’s no way to charge for extra condiments so staff took it upon themselves to charge her $7.98 for extra meat. I’m going to contact the manager Ms Sue and she won’t be in until Monday.

the workers in this subway always look so unhappy. i mean, i dont expect them to be bustling with joy considering they are at work, but theres no reason to be rude to the customers too. i was waiting to order and a girl was just standing in the front of me on her phone. do better!! the energy of the employees alone made this visit bad.
