They always get something wrong with your order. Both staff were very limited on their English and couldn’t understand what I wanted. I understand that they are trying and to be patient but when I would tell them it’s wrong they would continue to keep making it wrong until I gave up. Speaking basic English needs to be a requirement for this job.

Ordered through mobile app 20 minutes in advance. Arrived at the restaurant with the door locked shut. All the lights on, trash on the tables. I called the restaurant twice with no response. Finally I knocked on the door and a kid came to the door and said no one was there because they are all on break. What a wonderful way to run a restaurant. Subway has still yet to refund my order.

Stopped by this subway to order something for someone else and the lady did have enough money. Her order came up to $30.00 and some change, that was for two foot long. So the lady that’s to high for two sandwiches. And she didn’t want it, The lady and man in the subway, said don’t come in his store anymore. This is my first time in here. I know people come from other countries, but this is America and the lady that I order for have the right to change my mind. They ack like that didn’t understand you until you changed your mind and also I have never had anybody tell me not to come in the store because someone changed their mind. This is America what is going on, and what gotta me is he said his store. You from Indiana and can’t talk English well. I will never go back there because of the service I received. I wish I could give no stars, they wouldn’t get my business anymore. You guys comes to our country and think that you can talk to people any kind of way. That’s not right and I’m calling the head of the company too. And then you said you could just pay for One and I did that and you still wasn’t happy.

The manager wears a shirt that does not have subway logo on it but has on the back” Boss.” Today was free sandwich day and many eager people were in line for a freebie including me. Every two minutes she check here watch to see obviously how much longer she had to put up with the free sandwich special crowd. I just did not feel good at this location. Today there was a crowd. Other times I pass by and the store was not busy or crowded. She complained of the heat in the store. Today was not a good day . I think she was polite but not happy with the crowd. Perhaps if she remove the shirt and remember she is representing a corporate company that needs good publicity and great relationships with the community it serves. I hope she toses the shirt get in uniform and remember who she is representing. Alexanderia louisana deserves a big smile.

I’ve eaten there before , it was really good. Tonight I got home late from work, my wife and I wanted Subway. Quick and good. It’s our anniversary. Website advertises open until 10 pm. We rush there, arrived at 945. They were closed! Lights were out. I even called ahead of time to place an order. No one answered. Very disappointed.
