If you order ahead on the app, don’t expect your food to be prepared when the app shows it’s ready. I told them my name to pick it up. Person looks for it and then tells me it hasn’t been maid yet. I showed them the app telling me it’s ready for pick up they just shrug at me. I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food after that. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

My bread was hard, pretty sure it was old. they threw it away and tried to charge me for another one. the manager than proceeded to walk behind the counter talking about me to others. real unprofessional. I’ve never had an issue until today. my bread even toasted has never been that hard. I asked for other bread and even said id pay an upcharge then proceeded to tell me they didnt have that one as im staring at stacks of it. will not go there again. really rude.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! I ordered online 9/2/2022. Order was supposed to been ready bout time we made it. When we got there the line was put up. Our sandwiches where sloppy and thrown together. Then I asked for light veggies and they loaded my sandwich down. Called the manager back she was rude about it all. I’d never eat here again.
