We stood in line for around 40-50 mins while there were only two people working. One of them decided to spend time running his mouth with customers for 20+ mins at a time instead of fixing the food and moving on. This is absolutely ridiculous. No one should have to wait this long. I understand having great customer service but this is absolutely unnecessary when you have a literal line of customers to the door. The other worker seems to be new and is struggling with trying to work the register and handle delivery orders. You people need to do better. After running his mouth this guy then decides to go take a break. You gotta be kidding me. This is complete BS. They are also out of most menu items!!!!! Whoever this white guy is (don’t know his name) happily left the other in the front to handle everything himself. He should be fired.

BEWARE when placing TOGO orders. You may get it 30 minutes after or even an hour. Always someone different behind the counter struggling to keep up. God forbid they’re out of something, they’ll just toss your order to the side till you show up. Order said “ready by 6:05” I pull up at 6:30 and they haven’t even started my order.

It doesn’t matter what time of day you come here. They are always understaffed and training someone new. Always out of bread, meats, etc. It’s like a store manager doesn’t even exist. All the lazy door dash people that place large orders don’t help either.

Went today got a $5 nacho and the old lady was rude and she didn’t know how to dress it she charged us for extra cheese which she never put shredded or the Baja cheese on it we can tell she is new but this is the second time in the same week. She is very rude and I tried to call and get my money back but seems as if the phone is messed up. I asked about the cookies she said they were from last night very unprofessional. This store went completely down.

The only reason this place is getting an amazing review is because of their girl, Megan. I really hope I spelled her name correctly. I placed an online order this morning & when I get there, this poor girl is BY HERSELF during lunch & is rocking it! She made my order right then (she’s understandably behind) and was so apologetic. I kept reassuring her it was ok & tried to help her laugh & smile. Yall need to recognize this woman, she’s new & by herself on a lunch shift during the week!! Thank you, Megan for the amazing service & sandwich!

No joke, the best experience I’ve had from a fast food restaurant in the last year. Albert and Maddie both had great attitudes and were very friendly the entire visit. Nowadays this kind of service is rare and I hope they are both compensated for their work ethics.

The new male staff on the night shift was horrible. He had a terrible attitude not only that he was outside smoking a cigarette came back inside once he saw us and didn’t wash his hands and proceeded to attempt to make our food. This is the second time he’s been rude when I’ve gone all the other staff is very nice and friendly but not him. That will probably be our last time visiting that location and I love that location but not the rudeness I received on last night.

I pulled up at 8:50 & I was walking to the door, the woman locked the door & then went to turn the lights off. without telling me she’s closing or anything. on their door AND online says 10pm & the open sign was on when I went to the door.

Excellent service as always. I walk in and I immediately get greeted from all the employees. The time it took to order, get my sandwich and leave was less than 5 minutes! Amazing customer service, clean front line and very good food. I recommend this place to everyone!!
