Edit: the employess were nice and efficient, this is a corporate problem. Placed an online order. Walked in, waited for them to finish serving the customers who were already there. Another group walked in after me, they start making their sandwiches before mine. Another group came in after that one and they started making their sandwiches too. Corporate needs to change this because they lost a customer. I only eat subway at work during lunch because it was easy to place down an order, pick it up off the shelf and not waste time

Food was good. Service was courteous and accommodating. They went out of their way to accommodate my very picky grandson. Vegetables were fresh appearing for the most part.

Ordered via the app. App said “ready by 11:45 AM”. At 12:05 PM the employee said she would make my order next. She told every online order customer the same thing as they approached the counter. At least 3 online order customers that arrived after me received their orders before me. When others referred to the delay, employee said something vague about policy and the business of the location. In actuality, there is a breakdown between the online order system and the inefficiency of the two employees working lunch shift. The app said my order was ready for pickup but i actually received my order at 12:15 PM. Won’t be a patron at this location again.

2-26-2020 breakfast. So Brittany waited on us this morning for breakfast. This was my first time in this location. The location was clean and the lady Brittany at the register was extremely helpful. I have never been to a subway for breakfast before. Once again y’all Subways does not put enough food on their sandwiches nevertheless the lady was extremely helpful I even let her pick most of my meal. I would return to this location. Overall somewhat pricey not enough food for the money but not a bad experience.

The amount a sandwich cost, i would expect not to have brown lettuce or maybe some more lettuce on your sandwich, or maybe to be acknowledged while standing at the counter for 10 minutes while they make take out sandwiches! This is the 3rd time and final time. They use to be so good!

Employee had an attitude. After bread was toasted it was still almost as soft as not toasted. Chicken was cold and didn’t taste right.

The food was mediocre, the bread was hard and stale. The 2 guys working barely spoke to customers, it seemed they were too busy goofing off with each other. The girl who came in after was the reason I gave a 2 star as she was trying but definitely seemed overwhelmed with the lack of structure amongst the employees. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Not usually the person to complain this is a health hazard. Sub was good but I got halfway through my drink and an unpleasant surprise ended up in my drink. I’m positive that it was black mold from the pop machines. As someone who has worked in this industry, it is not okay and staff members should be cleaning the pop nozzles as well as the machines well every night but obviously wasn’t done. I wouldn’t drink the soda from this location. So nasty and disappointing. Do better Subway.
