I ordered on the app before 12 . Arrived to get my order and had to wait for someone from the back to grab my order from the counter at the drive thru window . It was 12:20 when I got my food after asking for my order twice . There was no sense of urgency . I wasted my whole entire lunch break standing in line waiting for my order to be given to me .

I can’t give you my experience because we got locked out, only to think it was closed to begin with and see a woman come to the door and an employee let her in AND ORDER! ( that was a few months ago)

FAST FORWARD 1/1/26
Tried calling tonight (to see if they are opened on new years..said they were online) only to get told “I can’t hear you” *click*. I then call off my husbands phone and yet… THE SAME REACTION AND ACTION FROM THE SAME EMPLOYEE. Can’t tell you her name because she never gave one. Do better!

Surprisingly the largest Subway I’ve ever seen lol but they kept things clean! Everything was neat even their workstations behind the counter from what I could see & the folks were so kind even as my 2 year old was being rambunctious. Nicest subway I’ve ever been too would be willing to drive 30 minutes just to come by again

The employees need to have a sense of urgency and at the very least, care about what the customer(that’s helping them get paid)wants. The short African American guy in there doesn’t care and it shows with how my sandwiches were made tonight. Soggy, drenched in sauce and very disappointing for the price of a footlong. I believe the staff needs to be retrained or add grown adults in there that’ll show them young kids how it’s done. I don’t want to wait on my sandwich while yall stand behind there talking stories because I promise you, no one cares. Yall just lost 4 customers that love subway and minden don’t really have that much people.

I don’t like to leave reviews based off of one bad experience, but I leave this one in hopes for improvement. My sandwich was completely drenched in sauce to the point I couldn’t even eat taste any other ingredient. It was soggy, limp, and messy. I have no problem with a messy sandwich, but sauce was the only thing dripping out of it. Also we ordered ahead, we live about 15 minutes away, our sandwiches were sitting out and weren’t completed until my boyfriend walked in to pick them up. There was no one else being served in the restaurant and there was no sense of urgency. The one plus side to ordering on the app was that we got one footlong for $1 with the purchase of another footlong.

Kayden was sweeping the store and looks to be about to mop. He was the only one who welcomed me when I went in and said Thank you, and have a good night. Very polite person and made me feel happy I went here to get food.
The food was great. I tried something and definitely put it on my favorite list. The store was clean.

I tried to use their app for 30 mins with No success. So when I got to the store I asked if they could help me with it. They informed me tht they don’t know anything about the app and have no control over it. I called store Mgr… no answer. I called the district Mgr, Melissa, an she was no help at all. I was just wanting my sandwiches for 6.99 like the app said. I asked for a coupon for next time an she totally refused. How rude!!! I thought u were supposed to care about ur customers. Apparently Melissa don’t. I gave them 3 stars because the staff was So nice. Maybe Melissa could take lessons from them!

hunter was extremely rude and rolled his eyes and had smart remarks when he told me they were out of grilled chicken. i was contemplating what i wanted to switch my sandwich to because ive only ever gotten one thing from subway and have never switched it up. subway needs to work on their environment. if you hate your job so bad go work somewhere else.
